The flat has two bedrooms but, the second room is locked when the reservation it's for two and it's unlocked only when the flat is reserved for 3/4, and in this case the price increases as well THE TOURIST TAX IS OBLIGATORY

Hemos estado muy a gusto, nos ha gustado mucho la casa, es muy bonita y está equipada con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión fue muy amable dejándonos, papel de water, jabones de ducha, café, azúcar, agua, cosas de limpieza. Mariella nos ayudó con el check in y nos dio muy buenos consejos de lugares que visitar, dónde hacer la compra, dónde comer. Fertilia es un pueblecito pequeño muy tranquilo, se oye a las gaviotas por la mañana, tienes varias playas cercanas. Sin duda volveremos

Well kept and clean apartment in a convenient location. Just outside of Alghero - so peaceful and calm, but with great access to beautiful beaches and also convenient for the airport. Easy car parking. Lovely view of the sea from one of the balconies.

This place is amazing. We are a family of 4 and had everything we needed (and more). There are restaurants right outside the door and beautiful places to walk by the ocean yet inside the accomodations are very quiet and peaceful. We always make breakfast and some lunches at our accomodations and the kitchen was well stocked. Air conditioning kept us cool during very hot days and the beds are very comfortable. Parking was always easy! And all the archaeological sites and places to visit were within a short drive. This family made us feel so welcome and really went above and beyond. We would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 2 enfants de 1 et 5 ans. La maison est très bien placée pour découvrir de belles plages, alghero, le parc naturel de ponto conté, à moins de 20min et parfois seulement 5 à 10min. La maison en elle même est agréable à vivre, avec sa terrasse pour profiter de l'extérieur, notamment pour les repas, et ses 2 chambres donnant dessus. La cuisine est un peu sombre, mais bien équipée. Lit bébé et chaise haute sont mis à disposition. Nous avons egalement apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité d'Ilaria . Merci !

Consuelo vas very friendly and the place is very welcoming and nice! Everything was as advertised.

Es war traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung liegt wirklich perfekt und es ist alles gut erreichbar. Wir wurden total lieb empfangen und konnten uns immer melden. Wir kamen spät nachts an und wurden trotzdem von Nicola abgeholt. Auch wenn der Check-out schon um 10 Uhr morgens ist, durften wir unser Gepäck bei Nicola unterstellen. Vielen Dank für alles!!!
