Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

The town of Atelier is located in the historic ship master's house directly on the Danube. Due to its central location, shops and restaurants are reachable in a few minutes' walk. The shipmaster's house is also located on the popular Danube bike path and offers its own bike parking and e-bike charging facilities. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

The nearest bus stop is about a 2-minute walk away. Due to the generous equipment and arrangement very well suited for business travellers and fitters.

Book your stay and enjoy two cozy, beautifully decorated log cabins all to yourself, set on a private, fully enclosed property. A sauna and gym are available on request. From May to September, relax in the heated pool and soak up the sweeping views. Heading to the slopes? A shuttle to the Puchenstuben ski area (15 min away) is available for a small fee. And yes—there’s excellent Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely.
