Schermin's place is really lovely, clean, neat, well decorated, and located right next to the square with the church and ocean view point in sitio. It's also a short walk both to the Nazare beach and to the North beach, and very close to the the big wave spot. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. But still it's very quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The communication with Schermin is also smooth and clear, there are plenty of nice features in the house such as desk for working, nice couches both downstairs and upstairs, and a lovely washing and drying machine that does its job well. There is a dehumidifier if it gets too moist and plenty of heaters in the house for the winter. The bed is very comfortable as well. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and at home during my stay. Thank you Schermin!

Sofias house is the perfect place for a family to enjoy the beach at Foz. We stayed more than a month a loved it! Very well equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of space, high quality finishing and interior. 5 min drive to Foz beach with the amazing lagoon. Sailing school to rent hobie cats or kites right around the corner. The house is inside a gated community, so great for the kids to play outside in the street. Sofia is very caring and responsive! Thanks again!

Manuel was very responsive to questions and gave us plenty of good addresses, very well located and very clean or even new accommodation, well arranged, bedding at the top +++👌. William is available and very nice. The jacuzzi is really a plus. There was nothing to bring, it had everything you needed: towels, sheets, basic necessities, etc. It was a really great find. I highly recommend it. Thank you very much.

We arrived at the property and were thrilled at how well equipped it was, especially the kitchen which had everything we needed. Beds were nicely made, but the pillowcases were too small for the pillows so we’re quite bulky and not very wide. Lots of storage. One Babyliss hairdryer to share. The pool was bigger than we were envisaging, it’s cold (we went in late July), but fine once you get in. It’s not heated. Don’t expect any pool cues, BBQ, golf equipment for on site crazy golf or ping pong set - you have to get those yourself so we didn’t use any of those facilities having travelled by plane. Walk to beach 15/20 mins Outside seating is spacious and plentiful with seat pads, there’s an outside light front and back. Note there’s no door from the lounge to downstairs bedrooms so noise travels. Layout - Lower level (kitchen, bathroom, twin room and nursery/single). Upstairs (two spacious en-suite doubles, 1 x dressing room, 1 terrace. Highly recommend for group/large family.

Very pleasant house for a larger family with children and lots of sports equipment. Spacious with facilities to accomodate all needs - storage, cleaning, drying, cooking, relaxing. Clean and cleaned at no additional cost in the middle of the stay. Very nice host who remembers and fulfills promises and cares of guests´well-being even if requests beyond standard - in our case need for softer mattress due to back problems. Very quick and easy communication. ***** for the place and one more extra * for Rogerio :-)

We spent a week surfing vacation with two toddlers at Joe's. The house is incredibly comfortable and extremely well equipped! From the very well-equipped kitchen incl. spices, coffee or dishwashing tabs to board games, sand toys and even bathroom utensils. You really didn't have to worry about anything. The beds are very comfortable incl. various pillows and everything was perfectly clean. Thanks to an air dryer, it was always pleasantly warm and dry in the house, which is rather rare in this area. The roof terrace is also very pretty and you can already do the first wave check (albeit from far away) from there. A new house is being built right in front of Joe's house. The construction site was never heard, but the view is somewhat impaired. Nevertheless, we would stay there again anytime. Thanks Joe!

Ali and Tom are the nicest hosts you will find in Portugal! Attentive, kind, super careful and responsive. Their place is as described, only a couple of dunes away from Supertubes. Not a whole lot to walk to in this area but it is an easy drive to Peniche’s center and all the other beautiful beaches. Awesome place and I’ll definitely stay here again

Silver Prop was very responsive and professional. They helped us navigate the many attractions and restaurants in Nazare. We had one small maintenance issue and their team was at our door within the hour to have it fixed. They definitely are there to help. The view was amazing and the property was even better than the website shows. This is an excellent property management company and they have earned our trust.

Graça is the best host you can imagine. She made us the arrival souvenir with fruits and vine, she helped us even in our personal problems. Her house is gorgeous, spacy, light coloured, has a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cosy spacy living room and big kitchen. You can find anything you need in the house. It was great 2 month in Portugal in Graça's home. Hope to come back someday.

We've just returned from an amazing family holiday in Baleal, with our two children, aged 10 and 7. It was our first time there and exceeded our expectations. Karine's place was the perfect base for us to explore Baleal and the surrounding areas from, and I couldn't recommend it enough. The house itself is bright and airy, spacious (bigger than expected), pleasantly furnished, clean and welcoming. The beds were really comfortable - we all slept well! There is a selection of beach toys and tennis rackets to use, as well as some family board games, which our kids really enjoyed. It was great to have use of the swimming pool too. It's in pretty, well-kept grounds, directly outside the back garden gate. Parking is easy and really convenient and the 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect for little legs! Karine is a great host. She gave some great tips on cafes and restaurants and was on hand to answer a couple of small questions during our stay.

Great historical house with free parking in very peaceful area. Much bigger than photos. Lovely views and everywhere in Óbidos close and walkable. Gift of fresh fruit on arrival greatly appreciated. Only issue was bathroom fan switch broken and as per other reviews the rusted pieces from old grab rail in shower need removing. Otherwise a wonderful stay for our family.

What a beautiful place. Super spacious house, nice big bedrooms. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and the football table in the basement was a huge hit for our children aged 6 and 5. Also nice that there are items available for the beach. Views over the lake are fantastic and it is at walking distance to the beach. Recommended!

We loved Casa de Peniche. You will be living in an authentic piece of Peniche in a fishing district among the locals within walking distance of the sea. A nice house to stay with good beds, pillows and a nice shower. Contact with Willy went smoothly. We will definitely come back again.

An incredibly cute cottage near the beach. Great kitchen to cook everything in, but also many restaurants nearby. Beautiful surroundings for hiking and surfing. Supermarket 100 meters away and with my rental car I could drive to Lisbon, Sintra and Porto etc. from this great place in the middle of the country on the coast. There was a quick response to all my messages and if I had a question or comment I got tips or help within a very short time. Always very friendly communication. Due to the shutters you can do in front of the windows, you won't be bothered by light or noise at night. Nearby are several large bins outside where you can take your garbage to. The bed slept well and the shower was fine! With two electric heaters (one downstairs and one upstairs) I could make it warm in the cottage and by the beginning of November that was more than enough and I only used the one in the living room (and especially to dry my laundry faster). I would go here again on vacation!

The only thing I’d change would be the check-in and check-out hours. Seems a bit unfair when you pay this much to check-in only at 4pm but check-out before 10am! I would at least move the check-out to 12pm. Other than that it was a great place, luxury villa, awesome decor, amazing service and surroundings. Would definitely come back!

We just spent a month with our young family ( 1 and 3 years old) and this was the perfect home away from home. We truly didn't want to leave. It worked well for us being so close to the beach in a rural area where we could easily go for family walks/bike rides. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare all meals, despite no oven the air fryer was a great fill in. All of the beds and linen were very comfortable. The layout was perfect and despite being very rural there were two fantastic restaurants within walking distance. The nightly sunset views were stunning. There are a few maintenence pieces that need to be addressed but they didn't effect our overall stay and the hosting company was responsive to any of our needs.

Spectacular weekend. The house is well situated, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Foz, super quiet area. The house is very spacious and well-equipped. Luis is very friendly and has always proved available. We really liked the whole experience and no doubt we'll be back!

Accommodation faithful to the photos, well equipped, large, very well located (very close to Supertubos). I've rarely seen such a clean house when I arrived. We were very well received and oriented. Things to know: the accommodation is very well located in relation to the sea (especially for the Ripcurl Pro) but if you do not have a car it is an hour walk from Peniche where restaurants and supermarkets are located. There are many drivers nearby to take you there if needed, at a low cost.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and new with an amazing view. Pool is just outside the apartment and was clean and not busy at all bit we prefered to be on the beach which is just a short walk from the apartment. The area is beautiful and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of Peter's apartment.

After a rough start of our vacation, we came into contact with Fernando. He was quick to respond and helped us very very well. We immediately booked. Upon arrival we were very happy with the house. Spacious, super clean, beautiful and quiet! Everything we were looking for!! There was even a cleaning service, where it was cleaned, new bedding and we got fresh towels. Really fantastic service!!! When in doubt.. DO! It won't be a disappointment. Thanks Fernando for saving our vacation, we enjoyed it!

The house is in a great location for people arriving typically surfing. There are also plenty of surfing amenities like a place for foam regiments, a surfboard rack. The hosts were very friendly. Staying at this property was a very nice experience.
