l'alloggio è molto pulito e curato, spazioso, adatto ad accogliere 6 persone in tutta tranquillità. Offriva anche ottimo caffè e bollitore per te con cialde e bustine comprese. Il tutto molto gradito.

Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso! L’appartamento di Alessandra è molto carino ed accogliente, vicinissimo al centro di Bologna! Alessandra è stata molto cordiale e reattiva. Prima dell’arrivo ha fornito una piccola guida piena di indicazioni e consigli preziosi.

Wir haben uns bei Carlotta und Fabio von Anfang an total wohlgefühlt. Die beiden waren super herzlich und immer gut erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatten, das hat den Aufenthalt richtig entspannt gemacht. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Alles war zu Fuß erreichbar, was super praktisch war. Insgesamt war es wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, für den wir uns sehr bedanken. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Alloggio pratico ed efficace specialmente se hai bisogno di un buon appoggio per passare la notte. Io e un mio amico abbiamo già soggiornato in questa stanza l'anno scorso, ed è stata nuovamente una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione tranquilla e soprattutto strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo zone e città circostanti. Host professionale, gentile e sempre a disposizione per dare consigli o informazioni utili.

We stayed here for several weeks and it was a great base for exploring Bologna with our baby! The home is quiet but in a very central and convenient location— to everything from groceries, restaurants and sightseeing. Having our own full size kitchen was also a plus. Highly recommend!

The house has everything you need and in a quiet neighborhood. Sona is a great host and will communicate with you to make sure you have a great stay

Appartamento caldo e accogliente, ben attrezzato. Tranquillità e comodità. Ottime dotazioni. Casa ristrutturata con materiali di pregio, climatizzazione ecologica, pannelli solare termico e fotovoltaico isolamento termico e acustico ottimo.

This place was in an excellent location and felt very safe. Real close to the city center. The restaurant directly across the way is amazing! It was clean as well.

Great location easy walking into the centre and access to the restaurants. The walk from the station was flat and took about 15 minutes, we walked this a few times as we used the train to get about and visit other towns if you intend to use the trains a 3 or 5 day pass is the best and most practical option. The accommodation is exactly as the description and the photos , the benefit of having a small garden area is a bonus and makes pleasant place to sit and relax.

Orlando e sua moglie mi hanno accolto con un'ospitalità incredibile che mi ha fatto sentire a casa sin da subito! Sono stato benissimo e sono rimasto colpito dall'impegno e la cura di tutta la struttura con una piscina spettacolare per l'estate e una camera e un bagno impeccabili in termini di pulizia e ordine. Per non parlare dei cani super giocosi... 😁 Ritornerò sicuramente quando ricapiterò da quelle parti!

Great location, outside the busy tourist areas but walkable to the old city in 20 mins. Multiple bus stations close. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus as we had a rental car. To be honest, the apartment was much more spacious than I thought it would be. We were very comfortable during our 3 night trip. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our four nights in this lovely apartment! Location from the station was great , plus so close to everything including supermarkets . We appreciated the personal check in made it very easy. The apartment is super comfortable, great bathrooms , big bedrooms and a very workable kitchen . Highly recommend

The apartment is superb. Right in the historic center of Bologna. Very private, with a lovely little garden. Very walkable. Many nice places to visit and eat nearby. Definitely recommendable to everyone.
