Fully furnished with of lovely paintings and a huge library of beautiful books. Great spaces to relax. Desk and lamp to write at. Sunny outdoor terrace . Mario Claudia is a thoughtful and friendly host. So welcoming. Extra little touch’s provided such as a bowl of miniature Easter eggs. Garaging for your car is easy. The city centre is just around the corner with all the main sights and many delicious restaurants.

Sofia's apartment is in great location, just steps away from the Cathedral and the Castello. Great food and coffee shops nearby, but the apartment is very quiet. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. A really great place to stay in Ferrara.

Soggiornato 3 notti in questa deliziosa struttura, in pieno centro storico, raggiungibile anche in auto, fornendo la targa per l'accesso alla ZTL. Accesso alla piccola dimora di un palazzo d'epoca, tramite un cortile interno, molto carino. Zona giorno ampia e confortevole, mentre per quanto riguarda le camere, poste su un soppalco, ci sono risultate piacevoli, nonostante il soffitto fosse un pò scomodo per persone abbastanza alte, come noi. Nel complesso, appartamento molto pulito, arredato con stile e dotato di letti e divano letto confortevoli. La signora Lucia, che ci ha seguito in ogni nostra necessità, ci ha mostrato subito la sua squisita gentilezza: veramente un piacere aggiuntivo al soggiorno. Ci auguriamo di tornare in futuro. Consigliatissimo.

Ωραίο και άνετο κατάλυμα, είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και περιποιημένο. Εκτιμησαμε τις καψουλες καφέ που μας προσφέρθηκαν! Ο οικοδεσπότης παρέχει όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειάζεται ο ένοικος! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα! Η περιοχή είναι ήσυχη, εύκολο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο (όπως ακριβώς αναφέρεται στην περιγραφή του καταλύματος) και με εύκολη πρόσβαση στον αυτοκινητοδρομο και το επαρχιακό οδικό δίκτυο.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber, sehr gemütlich und genau so, wie beschrieben – ein echter Wohlfühlort. Der Gastgeber antwortet sehr schnell auf Fragen und ist sehr freundlich. Nach einer langen Autofahrt aus Deutschland konnten wir uns in Ferrara wunderbar erholen. Vielen Dank.

Wij waren met 1 doel in Bologna: De beste restaurants ontdekken. Daarvoor was het appartement perfect gelegen. Da Me, Diana en I Carracci allemaal op wandelafstand. Enoteca Italiana vlakbij.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

Ik ben goed geïnformeerd door Marina mijn complete verblijf. Met de meest heldere instructie, ben ik heel makkelijk bij het appartement gekomen. Welke heerlijk licht is en het hebben van een buiten is heel fijn. Tijdens mijn verblijf in Bologna was het erg warm, maar gelukkig was er een goed functionerende airco. Gedurende mijn verblijf kon ik Marina altijd bereiken. Ze is heel vriendelijk en denkt mee. Absolute aanrader.

Per una persona sola , l'appartamento era anche troppo grande, e forse ol prezzo è dipeso anche da questo, ma sono stata benissimo. Arredato con gusto, pulito, con tutto quello che occorreva, con condizionatori ben funzionanti in ogni stanza e terrazzino dove prendere un po' d'aria la sera e la mattina. Renato ha subito risposto ad ogni mia domanda e per me l'appartamento è risultato in posizione strategica dato che mi è stato possibile raggiungere a piedi la clinica dove dovevo andare. Supermercati nelle vicinanze ed anche pizzeria ed osteria.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage, praktisch mittendrin in Castelfranco Emilia und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Wir konnten immer direkt daneben einen Parkplatz finden. Sie ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Gegend (Bologna, Modena, Maranello, Parma etc.). Rita hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, alles war problemlos.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé dans le centre-ville historique. La climatisation fonctionne bien et le café est délicieux. Valentina est très réactive et arrangeante, ce fut un plaisir de séjourner chez elle. Nous recommandons son appartement

Schöne Wohnung an Zentraler Lage. Es hat uns super gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Luciana war schnell und unkompliziert. Checking in hat super gut geklappt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, viel liebe zum Detail. Jederzeit würden wir wieder zurückkommen. Herzlichen Dank Roswitha

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon und eigenem Parkplatz in einem Neubau. Ruhige Nachbarn, saubere Liegenschaft und gut gelegen um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

Orlando e sua moglie mi hanno accolto con un'ospitalità incredibile che mi ha fatto sentire a casa sin da subito! Sono stato benissimo e sono rimasto colpito dall'impegno e la cura di tutta la struttura con una piscina spettacolare per l'estate e una camera e un bagno impeccabili in termini di pulizia e ordine. Per non parlare dei cani super giocosi... 😁 Ritornerò sicuramente quando ricapiterò da quelle parti!

Appartamento bellissimo, rispecchia perfettamente le foto. Molto vicino al centro città, pochi minuti a piedi, e ben collegato alla stazione. Host molto disponibili e gentili, rispondono in fretta e per qualsiasi esigenza. Super consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura per due giorni, l’interno è molto suggestivo, molto spazioso e arredato con cura, le foto non gli rendono giustizia. Impeccabile la pulizia. Michele è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo
