Sofia's apartment is in great location, just steps away from the Cathedral and the Castello. Great food and coffee shops nearby, but the apartment is very quiet. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. A really great place to stay in Ferrara.

This is a large, spacious apartment. Fully furnished with beautiful antiques and having every facility you could wish for. Fully furnished with of lovely paintings and a huge library of beautiful books. Great spaces to relax. Desk and lamp to write at. Sunny outdoor terrace . Mario Claudia is a thoughtful and friendly host. So welcoming. Extra little touch’s provided such as a bowl of miniature Easter eggs. Garaging for your car is easy. The city centre is just around the corner with all the main sights and many delicious restaurants.

Nice and comfortable accommodation, it is as seen in the photos, clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the coffee capsules offered to us! The host provides all the information the tenant needs! We highly recommend it! The area is quiet, easy free parking on the street (just as mentioned in the description of the accommodation) and with easy access to the highway and the provincial road network.

Stayed for New Year's Eve 24/25 Hosts always available from start to finish The property is well maintained and looks like the photos Kind and accommodating hosts, we a group of 7 people consisting of friends gave us their tavern and their fireplace to have dinner together, carefully making sure there was everything we needed Highly recommend, we will definitely be back

The place was absolutely lovely, super clean and spacious! Elena and her husband met us to check in and they were super helpful and lovely and let us know about the local areas and the best places to see and eat. It's perfectly located so you're near things but it's not too busy or loud, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby if you don't feel like travelling far on a morning/evening which is perfect. The bathroom is super modern and really clean and the shower is just lovely. There are a few bits and bobs for cooking which we didn't use but it was really helpful knowing that they were there if needed. There are some supermarkets closeby if you need to stock up on any food and drinks too! There was some tea and coffee for us to use and a bottle of water was already in the fridge along with a local dessert! It was such a lovely touch. If we ever come to Bologna again we will 100% stay here again as it was just lovely. Thank you so much Elena! <3

For one person, the apartment was too big, and maybe the price also depended on this, but I had a great time. Tastefully furnished, clean, with everything you needed, with well-functioning air conditioners in every room and a terrace where you can get some air in the evening and morning. Renato immediately answered all my questions and for me the apartment was in a strategic position since I was able to walk to the clinic where I had to go. Supermarkets nearby and also a pizzeria and tavern.

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. Orlando and his wife welcomed me with incredible hospitality that made me feel at home right away! I had a great time and was impressed by the commitment and care of the entire property with a spectacular swimming pool for the summer and an impeccable bedroom and bathroom in terms of cleanliness and order. Not to mention super playful dogs... 😁 I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!
