House vacation rentals in Ferndale

Had a wonderful stay! Plenty of room for three couples. Location was convenient but a bit noisy with the road behind the house. Pool was a great addition and home had lots of extra and anything we needed. Would return when back to visit family.

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

Derek was extremely responsive. His place was big, luxurious and made for a relaxing stay during the weekend with our family. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town with a group.

This was my 2nd stay at Joel’s place in Pleasant Ridge. It was again an amazing stay. Very comfortable, cozy, and safe. It was perfect for our needs, and matches the pictures and description. This time I even went on a late night walk through the neighborhood. It was very peaceful and I felt extremely safe! In the kitchen there’s plates, glasses, dish soap, paper towels, coffee grounds, all you need to get through the day. There was even soap for doing laundry which my buddy was happy about. Lots of restaurants and stores around, some you can even walk to. I plan on booking Joel’s place whenever I’m back in Metro Detroit. Joel’s is where I feel right at home!

Michael's place was awesome, the amenities are over the top - we didn't have time to use everything he has to offer. Our dog also loved the house - even though it's not completely fenced in, we were able to use our car to keep her up totally in the backyard.. We felt very safe and welcome in the neighborhood, very walkable and pretty. The house was situated perfectly with everything we wanted to do in the Detroit area... We will definitely stay here again, when we come back up to the Mitten state!

Fantastic, incredibly accomadating hosts! We were so grateful Giovanni allowed us to have an earlier check in and later check out due to our weird flight schedules. The house itself is well appointed and within walking distance to all Ferndale has to offer. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect location for us while visiting family in the area. We worked remotely, so having the second bedroom set up as an office was perfect for us and the wifi worked well for video calls. The bed was on the firmer side, but was comfortable. We'd love to stay here again in the future!

Exactly As Advertised We very much enjoyed our stay. The listing was spot on—everything was as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. WiFi worked well and without issues. Check-in/out was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt; two minor issues were managed in little time. We would happily stay here again.

This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved it. 10/10 definitely recommend booking here, I felt right at home lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area if needed. We were in town for work and this was the perfect location for a downtown Ferndale weekend. The home was clean, well decorated, and the perfect size for us! Sam was a very responsive and helpful host, I would definitely stay here again!

Great space and location! We were in town for a music festival downtown so this was a short ride from the venue and had great food/coffee choices in Ferndale. Enitan was fantastic and was available for anything we needed. This is an annual event so we will definitely look to book this house again next year!

Roger was a responsive and accommodating host who was willing to work with us to make sure his house would suit the needs of our long term work trip. The house was very nicely appointed and looked either newly built or very recently updated; definitely nicer than many others in the area. Additionally, it’s not too far from some good restaurants, bars, etc. Will definitely look to book this house in the future if ever in the area again.

Super cute house. Came into town with friends to go to baseball game. Only stayed one night but was well worth it. Very quiet neighborhood and very clean home!
