It is located right next to the beach, centrally located on the lakefront, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is right outside the house. The bedroom windows and the balcony overlooking the lake welcome the sunrise in the morning and offer a view of the moon reflected in the lake in the evening.

The romantic veranda, with glass walls, faces camellias blooming in springtime and winter, green during summer. It seems an english cottage, perfect for a couple with a son. The beds are a king one and eventually an extra bed.
