Directly outside the cottage, there are opportunities for biking, hiking or running. For those interested in golf, it is 4 km to Torsby's golf course. In winter, there are great opportunities for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.

If you enjoy hiking, a trip up to Skallastugan up on the mountain is recommended, to overlook the beautiful nature. With the beach location to Lake Velen, there are nice opportunities for both fishing and swimming. Boat available to rent.
