Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fenland District

After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s. Very quiet and comfortable quarters, set off the street behind a charming courtyard. Great neighborhood with lots of ethnic restaurants and lively pubs . Only drawback is parking—nearby streets are restricted to residents only (Sundays excepted), so we had to park at the train station, about a 12 minute walk and $20 a day. But this is a minor quibble. A great base camp for exploring Cambridge.

We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Loved James’ place 💖 We were visiting my friend nearby and how fortunate we were to stay at his place! It was so cozy and felt like home. The bed was very comfortable (we only slept in the master bedroom) and the modern kitchen was thoughtfully laid out. Quiet neighbourhood but super accessible to everything - short walk to grocery stores & nearby parks. Appreciated detailed instructions and recommendations! Will definitely come back and stay again (if James likes us :D) + also, spotted some cute wild foxes nearby! Very exciting!

My parents came to visit us and our new baby, Christine was really great in helping get them settled in and making them to feel welcome.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

a lovely place to stay,ownwer Alison very helpful and only needed to phone if any issues,very clean ,could put heating on if needed items for breakfast, toilet roll, milk ,tea coffee sugar and bathroom toiletries were provided,as was towels and bedding , so close to town ,shops and restaurants but also close to slot if historical buildings and could have a quite walk down the quayside, a lovely apartment too , highly recommended place to stay ,great value for money too 😁 x

Lovely accommodation, even better than how it looks on the pictures. Sara's place was spacious, cosy and stocked with everything we needed and more! Lovely location too. Sara was easy to communicate with and responded to any queries promptly. Thanks for a great stay 😄

Spotless and beautifully presented accommodation. Bathroom very clean and a great powerful shower. Breakfast items including milk and butter provided which was a lovely touch. Parking spot right outside the door which made it easy to move in and out.

We had a great stay here whilst in the area for the Boston marathon. The property was as described and we felt both that Kevin was on hand should we need anything but also that we had complete privacy. Being able to return for a quick shower after the race (after check out time) was much appreciated too. thank you!

The B&B was easy to find and perfectly located. We were met by Yosita upon arrival, despite our delays. Yosita made us feel at home immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were exactly as described and totally met our needs. The breakfast was excellent, no matter what was ordered. We would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.

We stayed for a short one night stay to visit the Norfolk coast. Jane gave us a warm welcome on arrival and gave some helpful tips and recommendations for the local area. The room was lovely and clean and very cosy! Jane also provided a lovely breakfast for us in in morning!
