Great decorated apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural setting. There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, there is a short distance for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine ski resort. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

Great located cottage from 2011 with a large flat nature plot and unobtrusive outdoor space. Sunny terrace of 60m2. Effective floor plan- entrance hall, bathroom, 3 sleeps and open living/kitchen solution. New kitchen 2023. New bathroom and entry December 2024. Mounted heating pump 2025. Act with animals by agreement. The area has an incredibly great terrain for hikers, mountain biking and running. Lots of amazing fishing waters to choose from. The cabin is located right by the state forest where there may also be the possibility of large birds hunting.

Cottage near the potholes, beach, family friendly. Possibility of kayaking and fishing (2 kayak, 2 canoe and 1 rowboat on site). 30 min away from Gautefall ski center. Large garden with play equipment. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 (plus own baby bed) Note: part of semi-detached house, simple standard,- older kitchen and bathroom, lovely peaceful space. Second unit is also rented and any guests in other unit are to be expected. If needed, the second part can also be rented, a total of 12 beds for the entire place. Connected to electricity and hot water

Newly built cabin from 2021 with fantastic hiking opportunities summer and winter. Sunny and nice patio. Only 1 1/2 h from Dyreparken in Kristiansand. About 1 hour from Kragerø, Risør and Fyresdal. Felle is a great area with fishing, biking, skiing and hiking. The cabin is well equipped, contains the living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with washing machine and loft. Ei hytte med eit rom som du kan koble av frå omverda. Utan internett, straum eller innlagt vatn, men natur og eigen strand. Det er utedo. Staden ligg ca 3 km frå Treungen sentrum. Men vatnet er det bålpanne som du kan låne om du bruker hovudet. Det er og benk ved stranda og brygge som ein kan svømme ut til.Nissedal kommune byr på nesten 40 toppturer som er for både store og små.Langfjell, ein kjend topp i Treungen, kan du gå til rett frå hytta. Du må ta med eige sovepose/dyne og pute og laken.

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

We had a very nice week together with our kids in the accommodation and were able to use the local hiking trails for wonderful tours. There were a lot of toys for the kids and a wonderful terrace for relaxation. Also, the nearby lake was perfect for building a troll cave and keeping the kids busy. We'd love to come back anytime!

We felt immediately comfortable. The house, the location and tranquility, especially the view, everything was great. The communication with Tor was very good - we received tips for activities, in between we were asked if everything was good. The amenities are very good - beautiful view of Nisser Lake from inside and outside. Seating around the house. Great fireplace. Extra toilet. Bathing facilities nearby. 3 km to Treungen, with a supermarket. Good opportunity for e-bike rides and hikes. Can only recommend it!!!!

We arrived in the dark. And were absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty of the place! Even in the dark! Every morning, drinking our first cup of coffee and gazing out at the lake, we could not get over the view, the landscape, the tranquility and peacefulness. Went canoeing, fishing, hiking, exploring and swimming (the kids could not get enough of the natural water slides in the area). We had such a remarkable, adventurous and relaxing time. Truly hope we get to return here one day. What an extraordinary place!

Great experience in Birdbox in Åmli. Had a good mix of good weather and rainy weather, which made it possible to get a good breadth of the experience of being inside the box. Great view. The cabin is isolated and you get a private feeling. Very nice with a fire pan outside both for the sake of the fire and to grill food, it was good after 3.5 hours of driving! Very good dialogue from the host in advance, tidy and enlightening. All in all, recommended!
