Beautiful renovated apartment with all the amenities we needed and in a great location! We were 100% satisfied with the accommodation and would come back anytime and can only warmly recommend it. Contact with Karin was also very friendly and accommodating. We were cycling! The accommodation is perfect for this, as it's easily and quickly accessible from the Danube Cycle Path and there's a private, locked room for the bikes. The roof terrace is a perfect place to relax after a long bike ride along the river! It was really nice to be in the heart of Linz, and at the same time being surrounded by greenery and absolutely quiet.

Amazing location with lots to do! Easy to get to the main train station to visit other areas of Austria. Accommodation was fantastic and very clean with a great view. Daniela was very responsive and easy to contact!

Wirklich ein sehr, sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Das Haus wirklich etwas Besonderes, top, tadellos, geschmackvoll, voll ausgestattet bis ins Detail. Die Aussenanlagen wunderschön, großzügig, mit toller Aussicht und alles ganz ordentlich. Die Gastgeber sehr nett und sympathisch und haben an alles gedacht, von der Austattung, Beschriftung, Empfehlungen verschriftlicht. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern (6, 10, 12) dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist in Gänze wirklich eine sehr, sehr gute Empfehlung!

Der Aufenthalt für die 4 Tage war sehr angenehm. Christine hat die Ferienwohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine sehr moderne Küche mit allen Geräten ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Wintergarten mit dem Kamin ist ein Traum. Danke für die Einladung ins Thermalbad, ich habe den Abend sehr genossen. Bei der nächsten Dienstreise 2026 bin ich wieder bei Euch. Der Aufenthalt bei Katharina hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment ist total gemütlich, lichtdurchflutet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir das selbstgetöpferte Geschirr von Katharina. Auch Lesestoff war reichlich vorhanden und wir konnten gemütlich auf der Sitzbank mit Panoramafenster in Zeitschriften blättern. Katharina war als Gastgeberin hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
