We offer a large and spacious attic apartment in a private house in the picturesque center of Dornbirn. The heart of the apartment is a large living room with TV and fireplace where you can spend evenings with the whole family. It is open to the dining room and kitchen, where there is a large table and a corner for common games. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a large double bed. In the hallway there is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The ideal vacation for time travelers. My house was built in 1910 as one of the first vacation homes on Lake Constance. The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).
