The stay with Udo and his family was fantastic. Everything worked out great and was exactly as described. The accommodation and surroundings offer everything you need for a short break (walking distance shopping and hiking opportunities). The tranquility and the view into the garden provide relaxation. Anytime again!

Nice studio flat with great views across the city. The spa facilities, included in the price, were lovely. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, loungers - and a pile of ice for the brave !

It's a beautiful apartment. It is equipped with everything. Dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Ceramic field . It's all very classy and clean. We were passing through because of that only for one night. But I wish I'd stayed longer. The pool can also be used on the ground floor for a fee. By car you can park for free in the underground garage. I am happy to recommend the luxury apartment. I'm sure I'll be back. Best regards for the beautiful stay.

Great, spacious apartment and amazing hospitality! The location is a bit far from the center of Berlin, with the ride (by public transport) taking 30-40 minutes to Mitte. Still, certainly well worth it if you don’t mind the ride!

Communication with the hosts was always very friendly and open-minded. Our questions were responded to in a timely manner. The apartment is a dream and absolutely recommended. The same applies to the lovingly designed garden. The residential area is very nice and quiet. From this location you can easily reach Berlin and other places. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was amazing - super close to many museums, major sights, good restaurants, the train station, and so so much more! We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a nice 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't miss anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach is within minutes walking distance and by car it is not far to the shops. We didn't know that Karls Erdbeerhof was only 4 minutes away before arrival and then we were there twice :D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair was unfortunately not yet there outside the season (which we were informed of beforehand). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next visit to Usedom :D

This was an amazing Airbnb. Annette’s home is in a great location and it looks over the whole city. It is very comfortable and beautiful. We had a great family trip; the house was perfect for a family of 4 with two young kids.

The accommodation was very good so far, only the heating was off at 10 pm. To get the apartment warm, you had to continue heating with a wood-burning stove. Despite letting the caretaker know several times, nothing has changed in the situation. Too bad actually, otherwise it would have been a perfect vacation.

The accommodation is great. Very spacious and well appointed. The sauna is a highlight! Sigfried was always easily accessible to us. The beach and everything you need to live is within walking distance. We were very pleased.

We stayed at Aleksandra's place as a family and spent a few very nice days there. The house is with its location, right on the national park, is a good starting point for hikes in the area. Aleksandra has put together a lot of helpful tips here. The house also left nothing to be desired, very well equipped - we were happy to use the barbecue and fire bowl. Aleksandra was always available to us. Thanks for the wonderful time!

If you're looking for a break in the Berlin area, this is the place to be! It really is an excellent house with hot tub and sauna. Both were very clean - as well as the rest of the house.

We spent a weekend in February in Hintersee and had a great stay at Claudia and Stefan's house. It was tastefully and individually decorated. The large oven was great, which provided a pleasant warmth in minus degrees outside. The sauna was another highlight. The outdoor area is also spacious with two terraces, which we could not use now. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Claudia and Stefan were great hosts, they provided us with all the information and were immediately available for small inquiries. We highly recommend the house in Hintersee and would be happy to come back.

Tom is a very reliable and friendly host who answers any questions that arise quickly and precisely. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The modern design of the house harmonizes perfectly with the breathtaking nature around it. The tranquility is simply indescribable and invites you to relax. Particularly noteworthy is the great contact with Nico, who was always available to us quickly and helpful. A real highlight is the wellness oasis in the garden – here you could really relax. The house is well furnished, there was nothing missing. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

Great place to stay and top owners !We stayed at the place for a weekend now in March and we loved it. Super nice house, great amenities and quiet location. But still central to get anywhere quickly. As a family with children and grandchildren, we were looking for an apartment with enough bedrooms, bathrooms and enough retreats in a beautiful environment. We found what we were looking for via the AirBnB portal and immediately got in touch with Denise + Thorben. The booking process is absolutely serious and practical, all necessary information is transmitted easily. The "Villa Thormarcon" in Lenz, not far from Lake Plauer, is located in a vacation home park and is fantastically located on the edge of the forest. The spacious property is very well maintained and sauna + hot tub make the amenities perfect. In the house there is a lot of space, a large and well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook together, the extra large table with the comfortable chairs is fun for many joint activities. There really is everything 3 generations under one roof could want to have a perfect vacation. An absolute recommendation! Thanks to Denise+Thorben.

The old barn is a fantastic place to relax and unwind. The house is beautiful, well decorated and cozy. The view, the terrace, the garden with possibility to get directly into nature are fantastic. At Micha's place in the neighborhood, we were warmly welcomed and his stock of eggs, jams and meat was wonderful. Being able to get to know his animals as well. The village is very pretty and the opportunities for walks and cycling in the area are wonderful. The second apartment in the premises is close, but you are on your own due to the terrace facing away. This worked wonderfully with the other guests. Glad to come back!
