The accommodation was something very special – stylish, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location close to the lake is simply fantastic and invites you to relax. Some things (e.g. kitchen utensils) were initially missing, but were immediately provided after a short feedback. The contact with the hosts was consistently friendly, quick and helpful. Overall a great stay – we will be happy to come back!

Everything was fine and as described. The hostess was very nice and welcomed us personally and explained everything, and was always available afterwards. If you want to enjoy a few spa days, I highly recommend the apartment. Quiet location and you are undisturbed.

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Cozy place - great to relax

Seems small initially, but it was exactly what we needed for a short vacation. Nice and quiet area, walking distance from the beach

Great location right in nature and individual swimming spot 5 minutes away. Many opportunities for nature lovers and self-catering (well-equipped kitchen). A lot of fruit collected on walks and baked delicious cakes.

We had a wonderful time in the captain's decks and were delighted with the premises, the location and the uncomplicated check-in/check-out! The communication with Conny went smoothly and we always received detailed and quick answers to all the questions that came up. Thank you for the great time!

We stayed in the apartment for a week in Swinemünde. Bright and friendly furnishings, we felt comfortable. It was also really quiet, which was probably also because we booked in the preseason. The promenade, the beach and also the city with harbor are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. If you drive two side streets further, you will also find a free parking space in the residential area with a little luck 😉

Anja was very friendly and helpful. She welcomed us warmly. The apartment was very lovingly decorated and clean. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the island of Usedom. Shops, restaurants and train station within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

The old rectory is totally idyllic, wonderfully quiet and great for relaxing. Eggs from the chickens in the garden were waiting for us as a welcome. And Johanna does great woodwork that you can buy in the shop next door. We enjoyed our long weekend here to the fullest!

We had nice relaxing days in the accommodation and felt very comfortable. The hosts were very nice and the communication in advance and on site was great. The place is super nice and is in a quiet location close to nature. The property is not fenced to the street, which may be important to know if you are traveling with a dog. The street is not very busy and the apartment is not directly on the street but is separated by an elevation. It was a great stay in the accommodation and surroundings and we can definitely highly recommend it:)

Incredibly well furnished and spacious apartment. The many loving details, the wonderful and complete kitchen furnishings should be emphasized. Super clean feel-good bathroom. It should also be mentioned that check-in was completely easy and hassle-free and Katrin had simply sent us understandable instructions in advance. It is also important to know that the vacation home is located on a functioning farm, so there are quite large machines/storage on site. The surrounding landscape is beautiful and the surrounding towns are easy to reach by car or bike. We highly recommend the accommodation. I'd gladly come back.

We had wonderful days at Anita's house. The house is comfortably furnished and it has everything you need. The small sauna is great and we used it every evening. The fenced garden is also great. So our dog also got her money's worth. The surroundings are beautiful and you can go for a walk directly and it is on the Achterwasser. Communication with Anita was super straightforward and fast. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice accommodation and the host was very friendly and proactive. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, far from stress or any loud activity. We can definitely recommend!

This place was even nicer and roomier than the pictures show! It is in a very nice neighborhood on a cobblestone street! It was clean and comfortable and Martina was the perfect host! She was always responsive and very accommodating to our every need! I would highly recommend staying here!

We were on vacation for the first time on Airbnb. The accommodation at Carsten's in Heringsdorf already interested us in the vacation search and we were not disappointed. Exactly as described, you feel at home and don't want to leave. Absolutely quiet location and yet so close to the sea and its magnificent beaches and also in the middle of the hustle and bustle, if you want. We liked it very much and we will definitely come back. “We had a wonderful golf holiday in the house of Anja and Carsten! From the first moment we felt completely comfortable. The house is perfectly equipped – there was really nothing missing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great hot tub and sauna, which offered pure relaxation after a long day on the golf course. Hosts have thought of every detail and created a feel-good atmosphere. We'd love to come back and can absolutely recommend this house!”

We (2 adults, 2 children aged 10 and 7) felt very comfortable and welcome with Henry and his wife. The reception was easy to organize and we were received in a very friendly manner. The bungalow and the amenities were as described - what more could you ask for. The small terrace, the pool and the garden were a welcome change from sightseeing and a real oasis of relaxation. The location was great for sightseeing trips, as you were at the stop "Ahrensfelde" of the S7 in 10 minutes and could explore Berlin from there. We will be happy to come back.

What a beautiful apartment overlooking the garden with chickens and ducks. We as guests could also sit in the beautiful garden. To the center of Berlin 14 and the river Havel it was 7 km. cycling. Good to do. Large supermarket 1 km from the apartment. Christian a committed friendly host. We could always go to him or his wife with questions. Recommend! R & K from the Netherlands

We could have easily spent several days here. Apartment and especially garden invite you to relax, socialize and get into gear - at the same time there is the opportunity to experience the area (by car). Great host couple who are available and hugely helpful. Louie (3 years) has already asked when to go back - and otherwise misses the chickens 🥰 Lovely holiday🤩

We spent four great relaxing days here with our dog. Just doing nothing and letting our souls wander, that did us a lot of good. Delicious chocolate was ready for us as a welcome. The huge beautiful garden is close to nature and laid out with a lot of love and flair. We also felt very comfortable in the beautiful rustic furnished house and made ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace on the cooler evenings. Jacqueline is very warm and was always quickly available if there was a question. She was also very accommodating with the check-out. We will be back soon to this magical place!

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Had a wonderful stay at the place! The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was quiet, but still central – supermarkets, cafes and public transport were easily accessible. The host was very friendly, easily accessible and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in was very quick and easy. I especially liked the small personal touch in the accommodation, such as fresh towels, a welcome greeting and good tips for the area. I would come back anytime and can fully recommend the property!

It's a perfect place to relax from the big city. Especially the combination of garden, sauna, fireplace and swimming pool are unbeatable.

We wanted to treat ourselves to a quiet break and ended up in the right place with Antje! The apartment is modernly decorated and has been very clean. Antje's breakfast service with rolls, fresh eggs and homemade jam was really great. And the guest folder with excursion tips, etc. was worth its weight in gold for us, because we simply chose what we wanted to do and when. Our dog felt right at home. Antje herself is not only very likeable and helpful, but you can also see how warmly and unobtrusively you are received by her. Thank you for that!
