The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Sit back and relax in this stylish and peaceful retreat. The 35 m² apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. A spacious terrace with panoramic views invites you to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. After an active day of skiing or hiking, there's nothing better than soaking in the hot tub – available upon request and for an extra fee. Dogs are very welcome! Hillside - also fußläufig auf die Berge, zum Kneipen und in ein paar Autominuten am See. Großzügiger Wohnraum mit vielen Möglichkeiten sich zurückzuziehen. Seit ein paar Tagen gibt es auch eine Außensauna, die nach einer ausgedehnten Wanderung zur Erholung dient.

A private oven which is operated with wood from the local forests completes the offer. The apartment is only 15 minutes away from the Gerlitzen ski resort. In 20 minutes you can reach the women's downhill skiing in the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski resort or the thermal spas of the surrounding area.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
