Our natural pond makes our home an oasis of peace in the natural paradise of the Danube Valley. From our apartment, you are a 2-minute walk away in the middle of the 'Fürstlicher Park' in Inzigkofen. From here you can directly access the beautiful bike hiking trail. Dogs are welcome. We charge 10 euros per night per animal.

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

The modern apartment is completely new and cozy. It is located in a new building. We offer various types of coffee and tea as well as many other things free of charge. The apartment is fully equipped. A closed garage plus parking space in front are also at your disposal free of charge. The house is quietly located and there are no cars along the house. Great for families, business travelers and couples. It is also provided for babies.

A comfortable cord sofa is positioned beside a round wooden coffee table. A light-colored pouf rests on a neutral rug, providing additional seating. A potted plant adds a touch of greenery, while natural light filters in through a window framed by wooden beams.

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modern furnishings and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were personally greeted, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is totally centrally located, you can walk to everything: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We could even have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

We (family with one child) really enjoyed our vacation with Bernd. We can only agree with our predecessors with the very positive review.... Starting with the fast great communication with Bernd, the view is even more beautiful than in the pictures (it even has a pair of binoculars to watch animals), very clean apartment, nice details in the apartment, great tree house, insect screens on the windows, cool unique bathroom, fireplace, environmental tips for a whole year, always an open ear and help from Bernd, loooooots of privacy (with private entrance), parking right next to the house, you feel welcome and comfortable from the first moment, even in the rain it is wonderful to look out into nature through the window front and when it is hot outside, it is nice and cool inside-- we can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation!

A serene garden is presented with manicured lawns and vibrant flower beds. Several trees and shrubs provide greenery throughout the space. A pergola can be seen at the far end, complementing the natural surroundings and creating a peaceful outdoor retreat.

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is in a peaceful area, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture. You can really feel the care that went into every detail. What impressed us most was how incredibly well-equipped it is from a shoehorn and umbrella to kitchen spices, and honestly, everything else you could possibly think of. Max and his family are great host, also it felt like a true home away from home. We recommend you to reserve this place!
