Ovaj se stan odlikuje i prekrasnim pogledom na more i Nacionalni park Brijuni koji se sastoji od 13 otoka i otočića. Zadovoljstvo gostima pruža i uređena šetnica uz samo more u dužini od oko 7km kao i biciklističke staze. Na oko 7 km udaljenosti nalazi se grad Pula koji obiluje historijskim spomenicima od kojih je najpoznatiji amfiteatar (treći na svijetu po veličini).

Villa Marina is a spacious object of 300 m2 living space and can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is recognizable by beautiful and heated swimming pool, surrounded with a garden of 800 m2, BBQ area, free parking and WiFi. It's located between National park Brijuni, Fažana and the city center of Pula, which is only 3 km far, as well as the nearest beach. On request, it is possible to rent only half of the object for 6 persons with correction of the price.

The apartment is on the first floor of a private house and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room with a couch and TV. It’s a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the town center with restaurants, bars, and shops. The bus station is 400 m away, a supermarket is 1 km away, and there is one free parking space in front. In the yard, we have 2 turtles and 2 small dogs.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u nesvakidašnjem stilu. Gostima na raspolaganje nudi potpuno opremljenu kuhinju s perilicom suđa i pećnicom. Prostrani dnevni boravak sa smart tv-om, moderno opremljenu kupaonicu, te izuzetno udobnu spavaću sobu. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatni grijani jacuzzi za 2 osobe. Prva plaža udaljena je svega 10 minuta hoda. Kućni ljubimci su dopušteni.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
