Enjoyed Jenni's "Grandma's Duplex" for an overnight stay while in the area. Jenni's son, Dave, was helpful in showing us the duplex, and shared some information about how the duplex came to be. The area was quiet, and it was great to have a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom place for an excellent price. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is driving south to Lexington, or north after having been in Lexington and on his/her way north.

Lori is a true delight! A blessing to my family. She made us feel right at home and was SO kind to our children, they’re still talking about her❤️ She taught our family a painting class during our stay and she was very accommodating to our 4yo daughter and our newborn (we HIGHLY recommend adding this experience to your stay). The space itself was clean and very spacious and had so many fun things to do (karaoke, tons of board/card games, Nintendo 64, and lots more). My husband and I are already planning our next trip to visit again! It was truly relaxing and restful time away.

This home is very cute. It is on a quite and secluded part of the lake. No wakes, and nearly no boats coming and going. It was very quite and peaceful. The dock was beautiful and they had everything well stocked.. towels, life jackets very well stocked for all ages, and floats. I would recommend this place to friends.

Kasie’s place was perfect for me as i was visiting my daughter @ UK. Only a 10 minute drive to campus. The space was warm & inviting. I was especially grateful for the extra toothbrushes in the vanity when i discovered i forgot mine at 10:30 pm. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Will absolutely stay here again!

Our stay at Karen‘s place was excellent! The home is clean and full of thoughtful extras. Access off of I 64 was easy, and it was simple to enjoy all that Frankfurt had to offer but also jump into Lexington quickly. We especially appreciated the coffee and the games for when we ended up with unexpected free time. We hope to stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting my son at UK. The apartment is bigger than the pictures suggest. Eclectic and interesting decorating style. Although there is not a door separating the two, there is a small living room area in the place. I did hear steps above me as other reviewers have mentioned, but nothing loud and I expected some footsteps since the apartment is in the basement of a home.

Fantastic location. Incredible view. Very private. Hosts were very helpful, proactive and went above to help accommodate during bad weather. Highly recommend if staying in Frankfort.
