Beautiful place, plenty of bathrooms and showers if you have a group with you. He responds almost immediately with any questions or concerns. Plenty of restaurant options around you. I definitely recommend this property!!

This was my second time staying here. I love everything about it - comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, a nice living area, walkable to downtown and other nearby shops and cafes - but my favorites are the back patio and always having a place to park in the complex. Julie is a wonderful and responsive host, so that is also a big plus. Recommended for your next trip to Lexington.

We had a great time at this cozy basement apartment. It was exactly as pictured at an affordable price—a place to sleep while we visited family in Wilmore. The beds were very comfortable.

We were two couples in town for a concert at Rupp arena. Great location to arena and walking distance to so many restaurants! Loved this place and would definitely recommend and rent again!

Great place in downtown Georgetown that’s convenient to Horse Park, Bourbon Trail, Lexington, and several great restaurants. Comfy beds and clean apartment. You won’t regret staying here!

Sabrina’s second story apartment was nicely decorated and stocked. It included an updated kitchen. The unit had lots of books to read and comfortable furniture. There is even a portable sound machine in the back bedroom. I love it, anticipating guest’s need for those of us who are light sleepers. The location was near a green space, and I enjoyed a quick jog through the adjoining neighborhoods.

Very comfortable. Everything was so clean and new. It felt like we were the first to ever stay here. Sarah met us as we were walking up and was so friendly and welcoming. We asked for recommendations of places to eat. Suffins was one local restaurant she suggested and we loved it! Sarah’s place is peaceful and quiet, yet close to downtown. Truly a “gem” as advertised.

We just loved Kentucky Charm. It was a perfect location for us with so many walkable places. The covered porch was great, and we spent a couple nights out even through a rain storm. The bed is easily the best I have found in an Air BnB. We loved this place so much we have already booked it again!

Beautiful home that was clean with high end furnishings. Walkable to several good restaurants and fun shops. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Other reviews mentioned loud street noise. It wasn’t a problem for me. I used the sound machine in the bedroom and did bring earplugs. We did have one issue but it was minor. The water pressure in the shower is very low and it takes several minutes for the water to heat up but this is to be expected in an older home. One of best experiences I have had at an Airbnb. I would most definitely stay here again.

Very cute place with a homey feel. Loved staying here and would definitely stay here again. The exposed brick is gorgeous and the decor compliments the overall feel very well. Check-in was smooth and everyone was very friendly. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was wishing I had booked more days near the end. Next time! :)

Brent was an absolutely fantastic host. He was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions I had. The rental house itself was truly beautiful. We especially loved how easy it was to walk to Centre College and explore Downtown Danville. The location couldn't have been more perfect. We highly recommend staying here and having Brent as your host!

Nice place to stay, very comfortable, close to distilleries. The restaurant downstairs was great! Neighborhood felt safe, parking was no problem.
