Just 2 km from the center of the village and just 15 minutes from the city center of Reggio Emilia. It is a landmark, completely renovated: consisting of the first floor, kitchen and living room, an entrance and on the second floor a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. It has a covered space for bikes and motorcycles.

Situated in the Apuane mountains with stunning views, this lovely spacious apartment has its own garden where you can relax and dine al fresco. The area is a perfect haven for cycling, hiking, horse riding and visiting the many nearby terracotta towns and Borgos. Alternatively beaches and ski resorts are within an hour's drive. Il Fienile offers free fast Wi-Fi access and free parking. The property is a double en-suite bedroom with an additional bedroom (suitable for families only).

L'appartamento, al primo piano è dotato di riscaldamento a termosifoni, piccola stufa, 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera singola ed un divano letto matrimoniale. Non è presente la televisione. L'ambiente che si vive è quella della baita di montagna.
