Mountain view of La Sambuy La Clusaz / Le Grand Bornand: 40 min, Manigod: 30 min, (Crest Voland/Les Saisies) 30 min Lake Annecy is 10 minutes away, caves and waterfalls, hiking adventures, paragliding, canyoning, golf. Bike path NO CATS PLEASE DUE TO HEALTH REASONS. ONLY 1 MEDIUM-SIZED DOG THANK YOU

The ski resort Les Saisies and Crest-Voland are 45/60 minutes away, and some of the largest ski resorts in the world are an hours drive from the house.
