Here you can find everything from fishing waters to hiking trails into the mountains and towards Sweden.

Saltdal Sykkelsti starts just below – we offer bike rental. Dog often visits the apartment, not guaranteed against allergies.

Setså is located in the middle of the towns of Fauske and Rognan, and 6.8 miles from Bodø, and 6.3 miles from Saltstraumen. Setså is a natural starting point for seeing the sights of Salten and all its history, including the Blood Road Museum, the war cemetery in Botn, the exit to the former mining community in Sulitjelma, or just a few nights of peace and quiet before you move on to the next destination.

We live on the countryside. Its 6 km to supermarket, bistro, train and bus. Its 45 min by car to Bodø city, and almost 20 min to Fauske city. If you like nature, we have a nice view, and a lot of places to enjoy! In the summer vi have daylight 24/7. In winter its darker, and if the weather is good, we have northern light. For almost 3 months we dont have sun. But we have snow - for playing and skiing.

Welcome to Valnesfjord! The apartment has a private bathroom, bedroom with family bed 1.40 down and 60 cm in the upper bunk), living room with a good, double sofa bed, balcony and a small kitchen. The host's eatery Kolonialen is located on the 1st floor and is open every day from May 30 from 7:30 AM - 10 AM (Breakfast) and 3 PM - 9/10 PM (Dinner). Breakfast and dinner can be purchased as an addition.
