We are a close drive to great local dining & to the park, which has a wlkg trail & a playground. Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Life slows down even more around the fire pit in the backyard. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

Southern Comfort. 3bd/2ba house in downtown Conway

House in downtown Conway. Spacious three bedroom two bathroom home. Close to all three colleges in town and any downtown activities. Our home is stocked with many amenities including a stocked kitchen, coffee bar, grill, smart tv's, fast wifi, dedicated work space, and 4 beds to sleep up to 10 people. Pack & Play and High chair also provided. No smoking.

Lensey has thought about every detail of this property. We were a party of six and had abundant space to lounge, eat and sleep. The house is kept very clean. The furnishings and decor are in excellent condition. I couldn’t come up with a single complaint. It’s obvious that he takes great pride in both his property and service.

The cabin was super cozy and it was a great place for our family’s Easter weekend! The place was well appointed with plenty of clean towels, comfy beds, cleaning supplies, and a great backyard for an Easter egg hunt! There was even a built in water filter by the kitchen sink for drinking water. Much appreciated! We definitely made some fun new memories!
