Family-friendly vacation rentals in Faro

Many thanks to Lisa & David for yet again another fantastic stay at our favourite villa, Casa Valhalla. If your looking for a holiday destination that ticks all the boxes for all the family young & old well this is the place for you. The villa is amazing and so clean and has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Lisa & David are the perfect hosts and are most helpful if you need them. We are already planning our next visit.

A wonderful villa, located in a quiet and peaceful area. Fernando was helpful and responsive to all our needs. An ideal place to stay nearby to the marina in Vilamoura.

Myself and my family have had a wonderful stay at Casa De Campo! The villa was spotless , Ursula has been extremely helpful from start to finish. Pool and views are truly breathtaking! Thank you very much!

What a treat was this gem. Wonderful house with all the amenities anyone needs and more. Good coffee and food in walking distance. And a spacious view with privacy in your own garden with the wonderful pool. We’ll be back!

Just had a 3 night stay in this property. Close to the marina and all local bars / restaurant. Maria was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out. Responds to e mails etc very quickly. Quite a quiet street with no disturbances, there is a large garden and communal pool to use. Property itself is a little dated but had plenty of amenities and was clean on arrival.

Nice spacious house on three floors with loads of room and a great pool for kids, you will need a car as the nearest supermarkets are a drive away, but is convenient to the aqua park and equidistant to Villamoura and Quarteria

The apartment is very nice and comfortably equipped (everything you need). The complex is in a beautiful area and is pleasantly quiet. We had a rental car but you can easily walk to the port or beach. We had a good time and saw a lot. João is a great host, always helpful. Thank you.

Excellent stay and highly recommended. Lynn was a wonderful host, providing a warm and friendly welcome and excellent communication. The house was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and furnished to a high standard. The outside area with pool is a great space. Thank you Lynn.

We had an unforgettable stay at Blue Ocean Villa. Susanna greeted us with a friendly welcome and let us check in early. She was very helpful with our queries. We had a fun time in the pool and bbqs in the lovely garden. Regular pool and mid week cleaning was appreciated. The location of the villa is walking distance from lots of lovely beaches, and amazing sunset views. Thank you for making our time so memorable, I would come back again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. The backyard was beautiful, the space was clean and the neighbourhood was quiet.

Excellent apartment less than 5 minutes walk into town. Very clean great communication from Angela, great instructions, and excellent location. Would not hesitate to recommend

We enjoyed to stay there... Nice flat, for longer holidays, like we had, perfect... Very quiet... nice región, so many different beaches... we loved that one which is just 7km from the house away (praia grande)... Everything was just as good as it could be...

We had a great time at the villa, the photo's show it exactly as it is. We were 2 families of 8 including 5 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for us all not to be on top of each other. Although only 30 minute walk into Lagos I would suggest you need a car especially when it is hot. The host was fantastic and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We were very sad to leave!

Nice stay at a pieasent place.

Tanja’s place was great, it was clean and comfortable and within a good walking distance of the marina, Lagos old town and beaches. Check in was quick and smooth at the reception and Tanja got the room ready for me to check in a little early too. The balcony is perfect for catching the afternoon sun and relaxing.

We loved our stay at Mark’s place - it was a little tricky to find in the dark at first but with some help from Sao we got there in the end. It was truly beautiful! exactly like the photos and such a calm and tranquil place to relax for a few days. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer! Thank you mark, we will be back 😅

Rui and Patricia are great hosts. So welcoming and helpful. They can't do enough for their guests. Such a lovely location and the accomodation was so what we had hoped for. We liked the fact that even though they were always close at hand, they allowed us to enjoy at our pace. After a very short time we felt like good neighbours. It was hard to leave.

We loved staying here, the house was very comfortable, clean and had all the amenities necessary for the whole week we stayed there. The hosts were extremely nice and friendly, very flexible with the check-in and check-out, and upon arrival they even offered us some vegetables from their own farm :) We would definitely stay here again, and we 100% recommend it!

This house felt just like a home. It had absolutely everything we needed and more, it was cosy and had a nice local feel about it. The large swimming pool was fairly cold in April but it meant we had it all to ourselves. Johanna was really friendly and welcoming as she met us when we arrived, she recommended local restaurants and beaches and made herself available throughout our stay. The 3 children, my partner and I had enough space and activity to keep us entertained! We also had some lovely meals outside on the veranda. I’d really recommend this place.

not far from the beach, nice clean apartment. it has everything you need for longer stays. on Saturdays the nearby bar was loud up until quite late, no problem for the rest of the week. restaurants, shops nearby free weekly cleaning was offered, but I rather did it myself (we stayed over two months)

Beautiful villa with pool and outside area including bbq. Loads of space for kids to play. Great location some really nice restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Rabbbit Beach is very close to the villa 5-10 mins walk. The old town is 10 mins in taxi and if you use Antonio (who did our transfers) him or his lovely wife Rosa can pick you up when needed. Manfred and Tracy were great hosts very helpful and give very good information regarding the local area for food / drinks etc. Villa is perfect for a group loads of space and eating / chilling areas - couple of shops within walking distance. Overall great stay.

We had an amazing stay at Vila Rafa! The house is clean, large and practical. The kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is a peaceful oasis (which is also safe for children - away from the busy street). Rafael has been a wonderful host: discreet but always available when we needed some tips to get around. We definitely recommend staying here!

Enjoyed a week in this spacious and well provisioned villa. Location is good as a base if you have a car to drive around. The Villa has 4 nice and bedrooms with plenty of space and bathroom facilities for each. The pool area benefits from sunshine all day makes for a good space to relax and entertain in. Overall really nice place.
