absolutely amazing! super close to everything I wanted to do, Colin was easily available if I needed him. apartment was exactly as advertised, will definitely book again next year!

I recently visited Windsor for a work trip and had a wonderful stay at the Bitcoin Building. Our unit was not only tastefully decorated but also equipped with all the essential items we needed. One of the highlights was the lovely balcony, which added a nice touch to our experience. The location couldn't have been better—just a short distance from Riverside, a variety of restaurants, and the casino. Additionally, Ray's communication was outstanding, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a good stay and the location was perfect for our home base. The beds were quite comfy, which is always nice since you never know what kind of mattress you'll be sleeping on until you have to sleep on it. The hosts were very nice, easy to communicate with and very responsive. The Airbnb was super cute with tons of space. We did have an issue with hot water while we were there, but Rachel was quick to respond and help resolve it. One thing of note is that the walls are crazy thin and you can hear almost everything on either side, as people were staying in those adjacent apartments. Thankfully, everyone was respectful and quiet at night. With that said, definitely bring an eye mask and ear plugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to noise and light while you sleep. The bedrooms face 9 mile and it's a busy downtown where people are out and about late due to being a popular night life area. The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to so many shops and restaurants.

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Amazing place to stay. Had all the amenities mentioned and more. Felt like a home with all the necessities included. Clean rooms and washrooms, easy check-in and responsive. Good place for a weekend get away

The beds were amazingly comfortable. It was so nice to have our own bathroom. Great place for a couples getaway. This location is on the third floor so be ready and able to up a few flights. So close to downtown, would recommend.

Ryan’s place was perfect for my trip to Michigan. The house was adorable and very comfy. It was in a great location and very walkable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Thank you for making us feel welcome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your beautifully decorated space. The flowers, snacks, water and slippers were a personal touch. Lots of room to spread out and celebrate with family. The location was perfect for getting around Windsor easily. A peaceful oasis close by everywhere you wanted to go.

Austin was a wonderful host. Very quick responses and very accommodating. The house is lovely.. it was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We loved the basement with all the gaming options. We were able to cook great meals with the grill and fully equipped kitchen and enjoyed family meals and card playing at the long dining room table. We were there for a U of M commencement and the location was perfect! We could get to and from the campus in no time! It is also very close to restaurants and stores and anything you may need, yet feels very private and safe. Highly recommended. We will stay there again if we are ever in the need of lodging in the area.

The retreat suite was really charming and romantic and everything was 5 star worthy, even down to the pots and pans. Loved all the details, the carved flowered wooden door in the house, the outside private area with a fire pit and a beautiful hammock. There is an outdoor grill, and the sheets were really soft. There was even filtered water in the fridge I believe it was a reverse osmosis filter. The ac units worked fabulously, and it was a cute place to stay. The instructions were clear and concise, and we had a great stay. would highly recommend staying here for a cute private retreat for 2. Thanks guys!!

This home was a great fit for 6 of us. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with plenty of dishes (except there were only 3 mugs) and coffee. The common areas had space for all of us and comfortable furniture. Lots of restaurants, stores, and the freeway were nearby and easily accessible. The host is incredible and very accommodating! Check-in and check-out were super convenient with easy to understand instructions. There was some wear and tear, but overall the home was very nice. We would stay here again.

Definitely one of our best stays at an airbnb! We loved the hot tub and the converted garage space. Kayaking on the lake was the best part of our stay. The surrounding area is also super nice and lots to do! Would recommend to anyone!

Exactly As Advertised We very much enjoyed our stay. The listing was spot on—everything was as described. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. WiFi worked well and without issues. Check-in/out was smooth, and communication with the host was easy and prompt; two minor issues were managed in little time. We would happily stay here again.

Brandy and the Hickory House were both perfect on our recent stay! The location is wonderful and felt very safe. The house was very clean and included more than I would expect. Brandy was very responsive. It’s clear that she works hard at providing a very nice experience all the way around. I would definitely stay with her again! The only thing at all to mention for the general public is that there is one step down into the dining room. And the ground floor bedroom is through the dining room. So if you have mobility issues just know that there is one step there. There are also a few steps to the front door but those were pictured well in the advertisement. Excellent stay! Very happy!

Shawnda’s place was very nice and met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a good place to take a walk. We were fully satisfied and will return if we come back to Warren.

House was just as described. Neighborhood was cute, quiet and safe. We didn't use the backyard or laundry area as we spent most of our time away from the house. We couldn't hear the guests upstairs. We did have a hard time with the TV and I wish it was a king size bed but I know it wouldn't fit in that room. I did not use the other room. We enjoyed sitting on the front enclosed porch in the morning while drinking coffee. Although it was provided, I brought my own coffee and cream. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly like the photos. Cindy had amazing communication and was very helpful. So many coffee shops and restaurants nearby we didn’t need to use our car once. We will only stay here from now on in Ann Arbor!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 2 couples. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom, a pretty view of the pond and it was close to everything we wanted to do for our stay!

The unit is immaculate with great quality linens, bedding and furniture. It is a great place to stay in Ann Arbor with nothing overlooked.

Lovely condo, close to stores and not far from airport. Very well maintained space, lots of nice touches to make it feel extra cozy. I would highly recommend staying when needing a comfortable stay while in the area. It was helpful that the condo rental came with a parking spot.
