The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. The house is located in a hilly ice age landscape at a height of 40 meters on a beautifully planted and sunny plot, where the wild animals visit the plot early in the morning and when the sun sets in Sejerø Bay, and the birdsong stops when the darkness falls. From the property you can glimpse the sea, and there is a short walk to the amazing stone-free sandy beach.

Udsigt over søen og adgang til den smukke have med vandløb og bålplads. Lejligheden har eget bad/toilet og fuldt udstyret køkken. Området er præget af det smukke istidslandskab. Der er 1 km til både strand og skov. Desuden går "Tour de France"-ruten lige forbi gården. Der er rig mulighed for cykling, vandring og vandsport.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Country retreat

At Munkebjerggård, you can sit back, relax and let your eyes wander over the rolling grasslands in comfortable and quiet surroundings. Here are beautiful hikes, challenging cycling terrain and 15 minutes to the beach. Our house is modern and fully heated with underfloor heating and hot water. There is a ceiling for kip and nice light in the open plan with a double bed on each floor and bathroom on the ground floor. On the farm, we run a smokehouse and farm shop on the weekend.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
