House vacation rentals in Fara Novarese

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

Our stay in this Airbnb was lovely!! The house and garden and the views from the terrace are beautiful, it is quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to visit the area from, we had a great time with our 2 year old daughter who was able to play in the house and the garden and swim every day in the swimming pool. It is very clean and everything is provided for; from time to time we had a lovely little “chat” (using our hands and feet and what little Italian we know 😋) with the (grand)mother who lives above the appartement. Definitely would recommend this to our family and friends!

The house has a fantastic location between the vineyards of Brissago. The architecture, the interior and the rooms are very beautiful and we liked them very much - we love puristic design. Many details in the house and around it make the house very special. When you sit on the terrace in the evening, grill, the crickets chirp and you look at the lake with a glass of wine - then this atmosphere is something unique - which you cannot buy. Eva - the house fairy - is super friendly and helpful and gave us many tips. Mille Grazie for the lovely stay at Casa Largo. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

We had a wonderful stay at Elena’s place in Lake Como! The view was absolutely breathtaking – even better than we expected – and the peaceful location made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The home was exactly as pictured: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything we needed was there, and Elena was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Marco's apartment for an EVJF and we were delighted: welcoming, chic and designer apartment! More than warm welcome from Marco who does everything to make us feel at our best. Not to mention their availability, valuable recommendations, and unparalleled sense of service (airport driver, home chef, restaurant and spa reservations, etc.). Unfortunately, a few hours before our planned visit to Borgosesia a war broke out and we couldn't leave Israel! It's hard to describe how disappointed we were, especially after we had such good communication with Fabrizia, who was so friendly and helpful, and made us really look forward to our stay in her flat. When we informed Fabrizia we had to cancel our visit, she was really empathetic and understanding, and made sure we recieved our refund from Airbnb. We will definitely come and stay with Fabrizia as soon as possible, when the situation improves and we can travel again. Thank you, Fabrizia, for everything, and hopefully we'll see you very soon!

Mirella was very kind to meet any of our requests. The apartment was very nice and extremely clean, surrounded by a truly wonderful landscape. Drinks, water, and coffee available. To improve the experience, hand soap or shower soaps would definitely have been optimal. I'm sure I'll be back. Thanks!!

It is a wonderful quiet and private house on the edge of the village of Palanzo overlooking the lake and mountains. The two large windows overlook the lush green terraces opposite. The qualities of the place and the old little house were redesigned with great skill into a harmonious whole. We felt very, very comfortable here. Thanks also for the warm welcome and the tips. We were very kindly received and well informed by Lorenza! The house has all the comforts, everything is present and everything was super clean. The garden is beautifully large and fenced with a fence so that the dog can also walk around freely. On the terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful views and the quiet surroundings. Casa Longhi is a beautiful place located right in the centre of this historic village and close to the lake. The casa is historic (built in 1456 - note; the plumbing has been upgraded since! 🤣). It retains its old world charm and ambiance. It is has a very comfy bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The washing machine is a bonus. Nicolo is a fabulous friendly host. Highly recommended - Grazie.!!

Federica is a fantastic host and the home was lovely. The location is a ~15 min taxi from the center of Turin (15-20 euro taxi) but lovely and quiet, lovely scenery, very quiet and a pool right in front of the property. You can also walk 20 mins downhill to some nearby nice restaurants. Breakfast food was provided, along with fresh warm bread and croissants every morning, which is such a lovely touch. Beds were very comfortable and there was a good kitchen with oven and hob for cooking. Great communication throughout too.

Clean and cozy accommodation, ample space both in the house and outside; located in an area easily accessible by car and with many services nearby. Exceptional, welcoming and extremely helpful host.

We had the best week at this beautiful home. We are so happy we were able to stay here and will definitely want to stay again if we can come back to Varenna. We were in the apartment for three nights. We enjoyed Emilio and Anna's hospitality. They are warm and friendly hosts despite the difficulty in understanding the language. They sent us to a recommended restaurant, to the nearest supermarket. The apartment is nice, pleasant, clean and tidy. We highly recommend staying there.

For us, Casa Berta was the perfect place to stay! We spent one day each in Bellagio and Como - and were glad to leave the crowds (late May!) behind and live in such a quiet, charming mountain village. We imagined the street to be worse from the reviews - thank God there is not much traffic up here. Nevertheless, we preferred the bus, which actually always ran reliably (except on Sundays, because it generally does not run). The Casa itself is really adorable. Everything as in the photos. Very comfortable bed and head cushion. Also the shower with good water pressure (normally I don't like shower curtains, but the shower is large enough so that the curtain, which is not made of plastic, does not stick to the body). The terrace is also great, we spent a lot of time here. It would be perfect if there was also reception on the terrace, for example, to stream music or plan the next day.

The villa was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Giulio was a fantastic host: very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His recommendations for local restaurants were spot-on and led us to some great meals. We also booked a boat ride through his boating company, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Antonella’s place was great! She was super friendly and helpful, and everything was as described in the house. Beautiful decoration, kitchen with great amenities and in general a well maintained place. Highly recommend!

There is nothing to add to the numerous positive reports, I can basically only repeat and confirm them! The house is very nicely furnished with a great, new bathroom, a very comfortable bed (double room 1st floor) and plenty of storage space. Although the house has no air conditioning, we slept well with the excellent shading (electric wooden shutters!!) and the fans despite high temperatures. The view of the lake is fantastic and we spent a lot of time on the well-equipped terrace! On the other hand, we found it very pleasant that you can easily walk to all the restaurants and also the small lawn by the lake. But apart from all the advantages of the house, one must especially highlight the warm hospitality of Cristina and Paolo! Thanks again for this! I'm sure we'll be back in the next few years!
