Katrina’s place was situated in a very private setting. Beautifully landscaped. Check in was a breeze. Perfect set up for a family of four (or 5) given the bedrooms were on two different levels and each bedroom was equipped with a full bathroom. The place has a stunning view of the water from the living room, patio, and both bedrooms. The car ferry to Russell is only a 5 minute drive. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Loved our 3 nights in this beautiful location. The views were spectacular and we made the most of the fantastic outdoor spaces. The property layout was excellent with quality & comfortable furnishings throughout. We would highly recommend to everyone. Awesome location for exploring the beautiful far north of NZ. Great communication and overall experience.

Wow, we have truly enjoyed staying at Clive’s beautiful home, located on a gorgeous beach. The location was phenomenal, steps away from the beach with amazing views of the water and sunsets. The home is equipped with all the necessities, very spacious yet cozy, the floor to ceiling windows provide the best views from the living room and kitchen. We are already looking forward to coming back, we had such a wonderful experience.

James was a very accommodating and responsive host, the two properties are exactly as shown and served our large family gathering well. We got to hunker down in a cyclone but always felt sheltered and safe. Great for large groups!

Immaculate presentation in a simply stunning location. Fantastic hosts and complete privacy and seclusion. Whangaroa is a hidden jewel, off the beaten track, with plenty of great activities close by. Highly recommend to stay and play at Kauri Hill.

We had the best stay. My kids loved the pool and spa . Fay's place has everything you need Even came and checked the pool for us . I would highly recommend staying here especially if you are looking for some peace and quiet from city life.
