When we met Sandhya ji for the first time we immediately felt her warmth and kindness-it was as if we had known her from years. As we spent more time together, without realising it, she went from being Sandhyaji to Sandhya Kaku-not just a respectful elder, but a beloved part of our extended family. Sandhya Kaku (Aunty) is so energetic and kind that she took care of all our requirements right from arranging meeting with local people to taking us to various places. Offcourse the day we travelled was a holiday for her. At the time of check out, since we got delayed she on her own cooked a meal for all of us (4 people) and that was tasty. In a short span of 5 hours we have become part of her family so is her warmth. As regard the stay, the rooms are on 1 st floor and has all required amenities. The bed, sheets, towels all were spotless clean and the location is also good, given that the village is small. The beach is about 5 minutes drive. Overall a must stay place ,

The place is beautiful secluded , it's an experience in itself , the food was delicious, the rooms were spacious too but the host were wonderful ppl that makes this place much more attractive , must visit

This was my second stay at this amazing villa, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The space is beautifully maintained, with great facilities that made our stay super comfortable. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming—it truly feels like a home away from home. I would absolutely love to visit again!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The host was super welcoming and responsive, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect and everything I needed was easily accessible. I have an anxious dog & I wanted to make this trip for her birthday. The privacy because of the fenced villa & the very green lawn was just perfect for her. This place is right if you are looking for a quiet timeout from the city. The highlight for us was the green lawn, the spacious bath area, 2 seater indoor jacuzzi & access to the beach (5min walk). The caretaker was helpful. if you are looking to make few meals in the provided kitchen, there is Vinayak supermarket (find on maps) that lots of stuff & Triveni restaurant for food (pick up that caretaker does too).

The place is beautiful and the host is really proactive and understanding, helped us very much. The place is definitely worth for its price

This was the first time I was all by myself and the farmstay offered what I needed.. total peace and calm and some great time with the rescued dogs at the farm. Rajeev uncle ensured that I was comfortable during the stay. Will definitely go back soon with my friends for a longer stay.
