Newly renovated cottage - all new in spring 2020. Lovely cottage, quietly located in Kongsmark on Rømø. Large sunny terrace surrounds the house, which is nice and bright everywhere. The house contains 2 bedrooms, a nice bathroom with underfloor heating and direct access to the house's sauna, as well as a well-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Via the terrace, there is access to the annex with additional sleeping space for 2 people.NOTE!! In the winter months, the annex is closed, so the house is only for 4 people in the period October to March.

Nostalgic new holiday home for 6 people in the old barn building. The entire home is on the ground floor and built in the old spa hotel style of 1930. We live in the main house on the property, at the end of a quiet gravel road, with nice quiet and rural surroundings. We are a family with 2 children. We have horses, dwarf goats, cats, dogs. We want our guests to experience a relaxed atmosphere of country idyll, nostalgia and comfort. The holiday home has its own small garden and a cozy wooden terrace with a garden pavilion.

Welcome inside With its cozy atmosphere and sensible layout, a family of four can be fine here, and the house will also fit well for a couple's vacation. If you're mostly in the mood to spend a whole day with crossword puzzles, board games and cozy conversation, it's great to stay in the living room, which is equipped with a wood-burning stove if the weather is a bit chilly. If you get hungry, you can conjure up something quickly in the open kitchen – and of course you can also spend a long time picking at the food.

Beautiful location, idyllic holiday home in the dunes where you can really feel the calm descend. You are in the middle of nature and can enjoy wildlife up close. If you fancy a trip to the beach, it's just a 500 meter walk. The house inside is tastefully decorated and exudes cosiness. The house of 160 m2 is two floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room with fireplace, bedroom and bathroom. The upper floor has a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, large sleeping loft for 2 people and a large living room with a fireplace.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.
