Beautiful place, gorgeous views very cozy and comfy kitchen very well stocked with cookware and utensils fantastic place for big group. Lots of space secluded in the country.

Google Maps took us past the entrance and in the dark was a slight challenge to find. But when we turned around and looked at the pictures of the front entrance it wasn’t a problem. Andrew was a great host. We had some last minute changes that he was very accommodating with. We would definitely consider another getaway to peace and quiet there again!

Leonard is a small little old town just north or Dallas. We attended a wedding at the Grand Ivory and this location could not have been better. Just a 5-8 minute drive to the venue. The home is beautiful and the host could not have been more accommodating and her response time was the best I have ever had. It was well stocked, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. My husband and I enjoyed this property very much! It is clear Steve and Nancy take great pride and care in their rental and it shows. Anything you might need for a relaxing getaway is readily available. All rooms were clean and extremely well kept. The coffee bar in the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to start your morning. We also enjoyed the vast movie library provided on the dvr. Steve took the time to refill the bird feeders during our stay so we could continue to enjoy the wildlife from the comfort of the living room. The screened in porch and hot tub are another amazing touch. We highly recommend this property and would definitely return!

We stayed here while attending a wedding at Bethel Rock, and this beautiful Airbnb was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The home was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed for our family (including our dog!) to relax, get ready, and enjoy some downtime together. We made s’mores by the fire pit, took in the serene views, and even let our dog swim in the pond — she was very curious about the cows nearby too! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time. It was the perfect getaway in the middle of the joyful chaos of a wedding weekend. Highly recommend for anyone needing a calm, roomy, and pet-friendly place near Bethel Rock.

We had a great stay away from the city at John's place. My kids loved the kayaks and spent many hours on the lake. The house was nicely decorated to fit the location. We hope to come back again!
