Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Fannin County

Beautiful place, gorgeous views very cozy and comfy kitchen very well stocked with cookware and utensils fantastic place for big group. Lots of space secluded in the country.

Leonard is a small little old town just north or Dallas. We attended a wedding at the Grand Ivory and this location could not have been better. Just a 5-8 minute drive to the venue. The home is beautiful and the host could not have been more accommodating and her response time was the best I have ever had. It was well stocked, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Where do I begin. This place is so peaceful and quiet area for a great getaway. I have a 1 and 4 year old so I was a little unsure of this but after arriving they were loving everything about it. It’s so open to play with the kids and the barn is our favorite spot. We can cook on the grill while the kids play games and watch tv. We had so many things to do while we were there from playing in the barn, watching movies, making s’mores on the bonfire, and walking on the trails. We went to the next town about 20 minutes away to the Safari Park. It was wonderful to see all sorts of animals of fun animals like kangaroos and giraffes. Hot tub was also a blast for us and the kids. Very safe environment! We plan to come back and explore again next year!

We stayed here while attending a wedding at Bethel Rock, and this beautiful Airbnb was absolutely perfect for the occasion. The home was spacious, peaceful, and had everything we needed for our family (including our dog!) to relax, get ready, and enjoy some downtime together. We made s’mores by the fire pit, took in the serene views, and even let our dog swim in the pond — she was very curious about the cows nearby too! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had all the information we needed ahead of time. It was the perfect getaway in the middle of the joyful chaos of a wedding weekend. Highly recommend for anyone needing a calm, roomy, and pet-friendly place near Bethel Rock.

We had a great stay away from the city at John's place. My kids loved the kayaks and spent many hours on the lake. The house was nicely decorated to fit the location. We hope to come back again!

The house was much more spacious than the photos. The living room, kitchen and the game rooms were a wonderful space to hangout. The master had an office attached. And that rom with master bath and an office was a really very spacious. The master bath tub’s drain plug did not seal. Our party enjoyed the hot tub & the pool table. It was a good stay all over.

Mandy was very helpful and answered all of our questions/ requests quickly. Would definitely recommend staying with her again.

I had a great time at this cabin. It had a great location to access both Lake Bois D’Arc and Lake Bonham. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Great place to stay for a nice getaway. Host was absolutely amazing especially with allowing to fish the pond. Planning to make this place a yearly trip!
