Vacation rentals in Fannett

Unlike many Air BnBs today, their place felt like a home. It was stocked with essentials and decorated very cute! Laura was extremely responsive and helpful. The fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom was incredible and very unique to many rentals. Very close to the beach, and just around the corner from the largest grocery stop on Bolivar Peninsula made it a great location! The beach itself was pretty crowded compared to other places we’ve stayed, but it still wasn’t like a crowded beach in other states where people are piled up rows away from the water. Every group on the beach still had a section of water in front of them that was their own oasis. Overall, we would definitely book again!

This place was huge, great views, cutely decorated, every detail had a lot of thought about meeting all of your needs. It was just my husband, dog and I but if you have a family there is plenty of space, games, all of your cooking needs are met! Master bed was comfy! We were very impressed with the space and views. It felt like home!

Thank you for a great stay. Josie was accommodating, letting us check in early on the first day. It took me a minute to figure out the app and lock box, but once done, everything else was easy. The home was gorgeously decorated, with plenty of room for our family to spread out. Josie provided lots of specific instructions on how to access all the things. Overall, we enjoyed the "blue house," as the kid's call it;)

The place and location were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again. If we’re in the area, the lift was not available, It does not say that in the description so we were a little sad about that because the stairs are no joke while hauling stuff upstairs. And the other thing is the handrail did cause a a lot of large splinters In our kids hands. Other than that, the property was beautiful the Location was beautiful.

The Sunshine Cottage was perfect for our little weekend getaway. The house was cozy but still plenty of room for our 3 adults and 2 children. Tasha thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay and everything was provided! Very soft beds. My only tiniest little complaint was that the main bedroom gets very bright, very early, but the kids room stayed dark. Tasha was very helpful and always responded to my messages and made checkout easy with not giving us a ton of chores before we left. overall, we had such a wonderful experience. My oldest son even asked if we could go back for his birthday in November!

My stay at Karl’s place was great. Really great guy. Easy to communicate, clean place, restaurants close by, grocery stores close by. The beach is super close. I will definitely rent from Karl in the future.

We can’t say enough about this beautiful beach house. Located directly on the beach, you are a few steps from door to sand. The house is airy and bright. Attention to detail in all amenities. The best part was the peacefulness of the deck, the long walks on an uncrowded beach and lovely meals in a well-stocked kitchen. We will be back! Five stars isn’t enough.

We had a delightful time! The house was immaculately clean! Nice linens on beds and good pillows! We cooked breakfast and dinner while there. We especially loved the closeness to the beach area, which was nice and clean! No trash on it. I especially enjoyed sitting on the outdoor furniture listening to the waves! The only thing we really needed were kitchen towels. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
