At the center of many possibilities: 10 min from Valdobbiadene/Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, 20 from Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; one hour from Venice and the Dolomites. For years I was the only inhabitant, today there are 6 of us, romantically surrounded by greenery, relaxing, to find yourself among nature, beauty, food and wine, and excursions.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

The house is located in Soligo, a small but wonderful village visited by people from all over the world on the Prosecco road. More precisely, it is nestled in the Prosecco DOCG Conegliano/Valdobbiadene hills, proclaimed a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is an independent and welcoming house, located on the main road, thanks to which you can take wonderful walks in the hills, visiting the numerous wineries and tasting the delicious typical dishes of the area.

Located at the foot of the hills of the DOCG Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, the apartment in a very quiet residential area is a short walk from the center of Col San Martino: supermarket, pharmacy, newsstand, church, pastry shop, coin laundry, bus stop are within walking distance in a few minutes. The location allows you to reach both the peaks of the Dolomites and the Adriatic shores of Jesolo, Caorle, Bibione, and Venice by car.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
