Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Hiking and cycling trails are very close to the house.

The vacation apartment is located in the middle of the Bregenz Forest in the sunny municipality of Lingenau. With its 35 sqm of living space, it can accommodate two people. The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in summer 2019 with a kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjoining green meadow.

Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

My place is close to Bregenzerwald, art and culture, restaurants and food, great views, Lake Constance, bike paths, Nailfluhkette, Nordic Sport Park, Alpsee, Oberstaufen. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the view. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Since our renovation in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.
