Only 10 minutes from Bregenz and Lake, we offer a spacious apartment, with terrace for relaxation and views of the Bregenzerwald. You can also enjoy the location without a car. The bus runs every half hour right in front of the house to the center. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a side bed for infants, a full kitchen with high-quality appliances including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. Hiking and biking trails are in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 square meters with two bedrooms

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Our newly built apartment, completed in May 2018, offers a wonderful view towards the south of the Bregenzerwald mountains. The "Holz 100 house" has been built entirely of wood and natural insulation materials. The two-room apartment is 70m2 and consists of a kitchen-living room, sheep room, gallery and balcony. There is a café-restaurant in the house which also offers a sauna. There is a grocery shop 100m away. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

You'll love my place because of the coziness and the view. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Since our renovation in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.
