It is also close to the hostel Falu Prison if you are a larger group and some of you are staying there. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment is about 90 sqm and has 2 spacious bedrooms and a combined larger living room and dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In one bedroom there are 2 beds. In the second bedroom, there are 4 beds. Heating and electricity are included.

Bed linens and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bikes in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Home closer to the water is hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. 2 supboard available for rent, as well as electric motor to the boat. In the summer, cattle sometimes walk nearby, and you may then need to open and close fences to get to the cottage. The internet works well with mobile broadband. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away.

Vi har renoverat vårt gårdshus med kunskap om byggnadsvård, miljö och hållbarhet. Äggoljetemperans vackra kulörer pryder väggarna och äkta linoljefärg är en självklarhet i ett hus från sent 1800-tal. Fina kakelugnar värmer skönt och köket är stort och rymligt Vintertid finns fina förutsättningar för skidåkning för längd och utförsåkning vid Romme alpin. En c:a 8 km lång skridskobana plogas på vår sjö med anslutning c:a 100 meter från gården. Huset är beläget nära städerna Falun och Borlänge.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
