Fresh apartment of 27 sqm with lovely views of Samuelsdal's golf course. For golfers, it is luxurious to be able to get to the course on foot in a few minutes. One bedroom with 120 cm bed and wardrobe. TV room with sofa bed that has a bed width of 120 cm. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides great comfort. Approximately 1 km to Tallens shopping center with grocery store, pharmacy, paddle hall, gym, etc. Exercise track with electric light right at your doorstep. Approximately 800 meters to Källviken's slalom hill and about 2 kilometers to Lake Runn. Approximately 4 km to Falu city center.

It is also close to the hostel Falu Prison if you are a larger group and some of you are staying there. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment is about 90 sqm and has 2 spacious bedrooms and a combined larger living room and dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. In one bedroom there are 2 beds. In the second bedroom, there are 4 beds. Heating and electricity are included.

Large apartment in Jugendvilla centrally located in Falun. Close to the city center, Lugnet, the University and the Travel Center. Beautiful materials and high ceilings. Built by Nobel Prize winner Selma Lagerlöf's friend Valborg Olander, with typical details of the time remaining in the house. Pets are welcome, we ourselves have dogs in the house as we live in the other part of the building. Guests are welcome to use parts of the garden.

Guests have their own bed. The guest cleans themselves so that the room is left in the condition that was in upon arrival. No smoking in the accommodation or on the property.
