Here is one of Sweden's most beautiful beaches. Nature is very beautiful with a mixture of forest and sea. The cottage is 25 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft and was renovated in early 2023. New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

Newly built guest house of 25 m2, centrally located in Skanör with Falsterbo - close to beach, nature, restaurants, Skanör harbor, Falsterbo Horse Show, Falsterbo Bird Show, Flommens Golf Club, Falsterbo Golf Club, bus connections and grocery store. If you arrive by car, there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of an electric car charger and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. Linens & towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, Bose bluetooth speakers etc. are available.

The stable in old cozy Skanör

In old Skanör, there is this guest house that was a stable more than 100 years ago. Now there are two bedrooms with four beds, a living room with kitchen and dining area and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a private seating area with barbecue grill. A washing machine and dryer is available. Sheets, towels and a crib can be rented. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, an ICA store, gym, bus to Malmö, library and the harbor with even more restaurants and above all the fantastic sandy beach.

Five minutes walk from Falsterbo's beautiful beach is this beautiful guest house, built in 2021 with its own large patio and outdoor shower, simple grill and gate to the park and beach. The plot is a large forest plot that offers privacy even from the main house. Within walking distance, there are several restaurants, grocery stores and Falsterbo's small center with older buildings and a church from the 14th century. Three golf courses are within a ten-minute drive. Falsterbo is also a center for bird watching.

The house is surrounded by greenery and secluded from the main residence with its own porch, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. By bike, most things can be reached within 4 to 10 minutes, everything from tennis and paddle courts, Falsterbo jetty/beach, Falsterbo Horseshow and golf clubs on one side of the cape and nice restaurants, cold baths, Skanör's harbor/beach etc. on the other side of the cape.

The cottage is well secluded, in our garden, in a quiet, leafy-green area. 5 minutes from Falsterbo Horse Show, 10 minutes from Falsterbo Resort. The cottage has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a cozy, south-facing terrace. The cottage has a heat pump/air conditioning and is winterized. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops and golf courses. Visit the amazing Måkläppen. Here our guests are well-received and can have a lovely relaxing stay.

Two adult bikes is included in the rent, take a ride down to the beautiful Kämpingebeach in less than 10 minutes (or a 5 minutes carride). Restaurants and shopping, in Höllviken, are only 4 km away. Close to Kämpinge/Höllviken/Skanör/Falsterbo/Malmö/Trelleborg/Copenhagen

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant accommodation, where you are close to sandy white beaches and the lovely sea just a few minutes' walk away. Falsterbo Horse Show is also just around the corner, for those who are interested in that week. In the fall, many birdwatchers come to Falsterbo and we have bicycles for rent for those who are interested. We also have the possibility of longer rentals.
