booked this for the pool. enjoyed our stay, slept well, too! not walkable to restaurants, but is a very short drive either to downtown BR or to LSU...or other parts of town. if the weather is nice you're right by the levee and a paved walking path connecting downtown to LSU.

everything was as presented in the listing but better. The attention to detail was everywhere, the decor exceeded our expectations, the furnishings, bedding, linens, kitchen set up all were like we were home. We really enjoyed sitting the front porch in the mornings and afternoons. The bathrooms were appointed with all the amenities like nice linens and soaps. Definitely recommend this property!

Cozy Mid-City Cottage

ScottRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Very nice stay, absolutely lived up to the photos, individualized but not cluttered decoration, very clean - everything you need. Host provided helpful instructions for the nest thermostat (I am pretty hopeless with these things). Proactive message communication but otherwise left on my own - which I appreciate. Comfortable bed, ample hot water, stocked with all useful essentials. Close to downtown (but you will want a car to get anywhere), fairly quick access to major highway, while in a quiet residential neighborhood. Two thumbs up.

Renovated Capital Heights Home

MelissaRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Location, location, location! Not being too familiar with the various neighborhoods in Baton Rouge, we decided to give Ken's home in Capital Heights a try. We were so pleased with this choice! Capital Heights is super charming. Not only is this home just a 3-minute drive to great restaurants like Elsie's Pie and Plate and French Truck Coffee, but the house itself is set back on a quiet street ensuring privacy and peacefulness. It's bright and airy with tons of natural light. The renovated kitchen and bathroom were perfect for our needs. The house is nicely furnished and we especially liked relaxing in the back sunroom under the string lights. The bedrooms are situated directly across from one another both with TVs, very comfortable king-sized beds, soft sheets, and plenty of high-quality pillows. There are several adirondack chairs under the patio in the backyard and a nice high privacy fence. Ken was always responsive to my inquiries. We look forward to a stay here in the future!

Come Relax at LSU Lakes! Walk to Tiger Stadium!

LeaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I can't say enough good things about this place. This property is as rare as a unicorn. It was extremely spacious, in pristine condition, and everything looked brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms were better stocked and functional than my own home. Everything we could want or need was provided. The yard was huge, and they even provided clean, new bicycles, helmets and tire pump. We loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood and to local shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was clean, safe and full of beautiful old oak trees and historic homes. Even when we accidentally messed up the door lock (which was our own fault), the owner was quick to respond and resolve the situation. This was our family's second time staying here, and we will be back!

Tiger’s Lair

MelissaRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
The location was perfect and ideal and was a 10 min drive from the arena. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants within walking distance. It was very easy to get in and out of. Very close to LSU activities. I believe the “longest” drive took 25 mins to the Mall, but that was mainly due to traffic. The place was very neat and tidy and had everything we needed. The complex is gated, making it feel even more safe. The building itself is very sound proof. We didn’t have any issues with other tenants living on the property. The only complaint we have, that is at no fault of Tiffany, is the road the property is located on - as it has a lot of potholes.
A two-story white townhome features a centrally located door framed by a small pediment. Large windows are positioned symmetrically on each level, offering an open and welcoming appearance. A manicured lawn and decorative fence are visible in the foreground, enhancing the property’s curb appeal.
