Monthly Rentals in Falls of Rough

This place was just as listed and a wonderful landing spot during a family wedding. There is enough room for everybody at this home. It is private and has enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The master bedroom bed is super comfy. I want the pillows for myself. The master is also private and roomy. You will not be disappointed with this rental. When Justin was contacted with questions he answered quickly and answered everything.

This was a wonderful spot for a winter retreat! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the neighborhood was incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing stay. A few things to note: the hot water ran out a bit quickly, even with just two guests, and while the appliances (oven, washer, and dryer) were on the older side, they still worked fine. Some of the aesthetic details, like the floor trim, were a little unusual, and we weren’t able to get the fire pit working (it may have been out of propane). That said, these were all minor details in an otherwise great stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to others looking for a quiet getaway!

I stay here a few times a year never been disappointed. Very helpful and fast response if it’s ever needed.

This was our second time at James’ place, we absolutely love it. James is very friendly and responsive. The place is easy to find and beautiful inside and out. Sitting on the porch with a view of the water and listening to the animals is so peaceful! We also love walking to the bridge and checking out the waterfall and the older building there. Definitely a great place to come and relax, enjoy the outside and just have a good time with friends/family! Thanks again, James!
