Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. Our lovingly renovated and very well equipped 2-room apartment on the first floor of the old paper mill from 1539 offers coziness and comfort. It is about 55 square meters, very comfortable for two, but in the living room the couch can also be converted for two more people to the comfortable queen size double bed.

The sunny, well-equipped apartment with its own roof terrace is located in a quiet residential area next to the university and hospital. Both are within walking distance. The center can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. The bus stop is around the corner.
