Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

A great place to rest for very nice 2 weeks in the Marche. Beautifully located in the countryside next to its own olive trees with Tuscan (!) View, well-kept saltwater pool directly in front of the terrace, tasteful, detailed and high-quality equipment (Christian also lives in an apartment), such as air conditioning in the bedroom, German TV channels, coffee machine outside for everyone AND small DeLonghi espresso machine in the apartment: for all the little things you notice the interest of the landlord to be satisfied. Location: The Marche is not Tuscany, previously known, no city highlights, but here you will find scenery, tranquility, small villages that surprise, and you have to experience. But now the best: We enjoyed the communication with Christian, who also lives here and knows his knowledge, his food tips were brilliant, his recommendations great (beach visit, etc.), he should prepare this digitally for his guests. We really appreciated the conversations with him! Thank you!

It is a large comfortable apartment with a nice kitchen. It was nice to have a washing machine and a large drying rack. It has a nice gas stove, microwave, and large refrigerator. It's not far from Piazza Roma where there are many stores, open air markets, and restaurants. It's a few blocks from a supermarket (COAL) with a good selection of groceries. We kept the bedroom window shutters closed at night because of a bright light on the building across the street. With the shutters closed, it was not a problem. We slept well. We recommend the apartment and would gladly stay here again.

The flat is very functional, good sized kitchen for cooking meals and a large fridge. The hosts are very friendly and responsive, always quick and easy with communication. We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Claudia's place was very clean and pristine. The sunset and harbor views were wonderful and Claudia was so nice to pick us up at the train station. There is also a bus stop very near. It was a special four days in Ancona. Very comfortable apartment, extra clean and fantastically equipped. We found literally everything for a perfect getaway. The owner took care of us like her own family! Always helpful, professional and communicative! We'd love to come back someday... Wojtek and Adam.
