Good morning. I'm Lucia and I'm happy to welcome you to my beloved home in Castelfidardo. For two years I lived here and I shared Airbnb with other people by renting only one room. I currently live in another city and rent it out in full. The apartment is independent (bordering other apartments of my family) and is in the countryside, surrounded by the green hills of the Marche, overlooking Mount Conero. It is highly recommended to have a car for getting around.

The house has two apartments (single rental possible), each with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room as well as three large bathrooms. Air conditioning on request.

A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.
