Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this place

We stayed in this wonderful place with our two dogs and had a great time. The house is as pictured, comfortable and rustic as expected. The exterior is very large and fenced, perfect for those with animals. The location is panoramic and the garden is very enjoyable, even for outdoor dining. The house is easy to find and well connected to many beautiful villages. In 10/15 minutes you can reach the sea and in about twenty minutes Senigallia. Lucio and Edwin are always very kind and helpful. They recommended nice places to visit and great restaurants:) In the area, you can eat both meat and fish, and drink excellent wine everywhere. It was a relaxing week among green hills, the sea and beautiful people. Highly recommended ❤️

What can I say? Everything went perfectly. The house is delightful, large, comfortable, with a view of the hills that slope down to the sea that... makes you feel very good. The place is the perfect epicenter for those who want to "mix" the sea with daily excursions to discover all the beauty of this land.

Very nice apartment with large outdoor space literally 20 m from the sea complete with everything. Kitchen complete with all accessories and brand new bathroom. The only small flaw is the distance between the two bedrooms

Loved the place! It was super equipped, we have never experienced anything like it. We were greeted with a lush fruit basket, and everything else you could want was there. The location is great, the view of the Adriatic, a dream, the beds including the duvets appealed to us very much. All in all, we highly recommend this accommodation with a biological and mindful touch.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Caterina's sister. We felt very comfortable in our bungalow. The complex is located in a large, idyllic garden with olive trees. There was plenty of space and everything important is available. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and the evening barbecue on our terrace

Close to shops, etc. by car. 15 minutes by car to the sea. Large spaces both inside and out. Clean, nice and personal. Wonderful pool area. 4 toilets and showers.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you only to complete relaxation. The property has no flaws, cared for in every detail from the garden, to the cottages to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are then people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Great accommodation. Beautiful house and friendly and helpful host. Even though the host lives in the house, we didn't see or hear him, it was very comfortable. We didn't use the living room downstairs, we moved the small sofa to the kitchen and rearranged the table, it was convenient. The Internet is not very fast, but if you put the router in the kitchen by the window, there is enough signal to watch online TV.

I'm speechless, Catia is a super friendly person, super attentive, I had a spectacular time. Everything that is said is offered and more! And I really appreciate the flexibility of check-in and check-out given my situation. I promise to return in less than a month, even if it's just to spend the day. Thank you!

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

The description is exactly at the house. Lots of privacy. Fantastic view. Very clean and very friendly host. Warmly welcomed upon arrival and a clear explanation. There are two real booklets made with tips to do in the area. Furthermore, the private chef is highly recommended. Super good food and learned a lot about Italian cuisine. Patience with cooking is the magic word. Simple, but oh so tasty. Luca is a really friendly chef. The house is cozily furnished with all amenities. We were able to enjoy the garden and pool (partly because of the very nice weather). Despite the time of the year and water temperature 18 degrees, we regularly sat around the pool and were able to have a drink and swim. We can't wait to go again. Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The location is wonderfully quiet – perfect to unwind. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge fenced garden where our dog could jump around – a real dog paradise! The hostess was very warm and even put a few small things in the fridge for us – a nice gesture! The kitchen equipment was great, it really had everything you need. A highlight was also the chickens – fresh eggs for breakfast directly from the garden once they have laid some. The view is fantastic, there is plenty to do in the area, and good restaurants are also not far away. We would definitely go back and can only recommend it.

Thank you for this great stay! Unfortunately, we were only there one night and were sad when we had to leave, because we would have liked to have stayed longer. The accommodation is super equipped and very clean, you just feel right at home! The bed was so good and comfortable that we slept incredibly restfully for 11 hours without interruption:) The view and the property are really something special and extremely quiet, perfect for true relaxation and to unwind. Our personal highlight was the fireflies we could watch on the property late in the evening and Joy, the farm dog, who is incredibly sweet and well behaved. We were perfectly cared for by André and Valentina. They were very personable and extremely helpful. We felt really comfortable and would love to come back :)

Great accommodation, we were just passing through but we will definitely be back. Angela has always been available and very friendly. In the details of the house, you can see the care and attention to the guest. Comfortable home with large spaces.

The apartment is nice, clean, beautiful, large, with all the comforts including washing machine and dishwasher. We stayed a few days but it was worth staying longer. Well served in the area, pharmacy downstairs, minutes away from the center and very close to the beach.

This was our favorite place to stay in Europe the hosts were accommodating and stored our extra luggage while we went to Rome and Naples, very nice comfortable stay.

Were traveling as a couple, bright, friendly and very clean apartment with private balcony and terrace, equipped with fly screens everywhere, personal, warm check in by Fabia, responded to questions very quickly, lots of information material on site. Beautiful hiking area on Monte Conero, the sea/beach within walking distance, we could leave the car in front of the house and walk to the old town for dinner or aperitivo. Supermarkets, bakeries, etc. all within walking distance. Absolute recommendation!
