During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The house is a dream, even bigger and cozier than in the photos. Very well maintained, cleaned and very sweet decoration. The location is AMAZING and easy to find, surrounded by outstanding nature, and not far from other wonderful places to go by car. There is a good supermarket and gas station 6 min away by car. I traveled with my family, 4 adults and 3 kids and we had one of the best trips of our lives. Thanks Martin and his mother for the great hospitality and the flexibility and we had to check out. Hope to be back soon!

Well thought out small apartment. The terrace has a fabulous view. It is in a very peaceful hamlet, close to two larger towns. A great base to explore the area.

The hosts are very friendly. The apartment was spacious, and clean. For our son, those animals that were near the apartment, a real attraction. Watch the chickens, cakes and ducks every morning and evening. Beautiful surroundings, can take a nice walk there. And by car you are in many beautiful places in no time. Definitely recommended.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail, you felt comfortable from the first moment. It was very nice, everything fit perfectly, from the amenities to the atmosphere. I would especially like to highlight the small, loving details that made the stay special. The host was super helpful and always approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, it is definitely worth a trip and I'd love to come back.

We had a very nice stay in Saalfelden. The apartment is really extremely nice and there is everything you need - including coffee capsules, dishwasher tabs and even a washing machine. Walter was very friendly and accommodating. Since we were traveling with a small baby, we enjoyed spending time relaxing in the apartment and still seeing the mountains. We mainly used the downstairs bedroom, which was much cooler. As already mentioned elsewhere, the apartment is a bit noisy. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as excursion possibilities. We particularly liked Gitas Cafe. With the Leogang Card, we were able to ride the bus and gondola for free and also went to the swimming pool and Ritzenseebad. The walk from the train station was a bit difficult, as there are no pedestrian crossings over the large road. We then found an entrance and an underpass at the Spar.
