Vacation rentals with beach access in Fairhaven

The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sea with lovely views right from the balcony. We woke up to peaceful sunrises in the morning. The place was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and easy check in instructions. We had a great stay. My baby usually hates portable cots but the one they provided came with a mattress which was super comfy and he slept all night long.

Lovely place to stay in a prime location. The view was great too, being able to see the beach from the property. Close to all the local shops, and the place was a lot larger than anticipated. Thank you for the incredible stay. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at Swan Bays View Apartment - Glenys and Geoff were perfect hosts - they think about everything including a real coffee machine, soy milk, generous provisions so you really didn't have to think about a thing. A wonderfully cozy self contained roomy apartment was provided. Glenys also provided lots of tips, advice and information on local history, geography and the best places to eat in the area. The hot tub was an added bonus, perfect in the colder weather and they made sure it was heated prior to our arrival - fantastic! Thanks again for the wonderful stay, we will be back again soon! Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

Was absolutely in awe from the moment we arrived!!! The most beautiful stay, with magical details in every corner. You can really tell how much love has gone into Miles Away, and each guest stay. We were there for my birthday and arrived to a gorgeous welcome pack with wine, brownies & complimentary coffee! There was love tea on a tray on the bed and gorgeous little notes all over the shack. A booklet filled with wonderful tips, including sunset over the river which ended up being a beautiful highlight for us. A wonderful stay! Highly recommend this colourful, eclectic beach shack in a perfect location.

We had a lovely return, Winter stay at Kalm’d. Such a beautiful setting. We loved the visiting Fairy Wrens and Firetails, the open fire and the wonderful view. The house was cosy and we appreciated Louise’s personal touches of pickles, chocolates and coffee.

A MUST STAY! What a weekend we had! The most ideal spot, felt right at home. So clean, neat and didn’t have to worry about a thing! Karen has thought of it all. You’re probably walking around wondering “how do I turn on this” well there’s a note right there with instructions. Lots of recommendations of local places to eat and see. Our family had a great time and didn’t want to leave! Karen is the most responsive, easy going host ever! And she gives great instructions as well. You won’t be disappointed in staying here !

We loved our stay at Driftwood! The home was so cosy and had everything we needed for our little staycation. Pippa went above and beyond with the amenities, it was the most we've ever seen at an Airbnb. Highly recommend!

The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

I had the most wonderful stay at this Airbnb – everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing (if not even better in person!). The attention to detail was impressive – from the cozy furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful little touches that made me feel right at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep during my stay. The bathroom was clean and modern, with great water pressure and all the amenities I needed. Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

I highly recommend this place for its style, location, and the host's responsiveness. The living area is enormous, beautifully styled, and it feeds to a spacious balcony. Despite it sitting above a cafe it's very peaceful and quiet. The location was perfect.

The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts. Elpis was very responsive. The place was nice and clean. There is a huge backyard which would be great for warmer days. Would love to stay here again in summer.
