Monthly Rentals in Fairfield County

I’m just so in love with wisteria gardens!!! I travel a lot and this by far was the most comfortable Airbnb. Love the welcome goats and the goodbye chickens!!! Wish I could have stayed longer but I’ll be back!!

Even though we were just in Newtown for a long weekend visiting some friends, staying at Terry's home felt like a retreat. The house is charming and thoughtfully appointed, and our stay was super comfortable. The view from the breakfast nook out into the rear year was a special treat each morning – especially with the morning fog sitting over the moss covered yard with no neighbors in sight. Our dog loved that too. :) We found everything we needed in the kitchen, the appliances all worked great, and Terry was incredibly responsive to our questions. This is one of those Airbnbs that feels like the reason Airbnb exists. It's not just some property manager looking to make a quick buck – Terry's home is a special place and you can feel the care in every little detail. Thanks for the wonderful stay and I hope we'll be back!

The house was excellent! Totally private, plenty of space for the dog to play, and just what we needed for a few days in town to visit friends. We’d definitely book this home again when in town.

I enjoyed my stay at Nicolay's place. The back porch was great to sit out on and relax after work. Nicolay was very proactive about making sure my stay was comfortable and that i had everything i needed.
