Monthly Rentals in Fairfield Beach

Peter's property was the IDEAL HOME BASE for my exploration of western Connecticut. The home was extremely clean and tidy, mattresses were very comfortable, linens and towels were of nice quality, the kitchen was well equipped, and the yard was safe and easily accessible for my dogs. I truly felt like Peter's guest when I saw ground coffee in the cupboard, ample silverware, extra paper towels, hand soap, new kitchen sponges, and high end fragrance diffusers. After a long day of travel, it was nice to relax without having to clean the home. I was impressed by how quiet this neighborhood was considering how closely set the homes are to one another and how many year-round families live in the area. It's truly a pedestrian neighborhood with miles of sidewalks for relaxed walking. The gem is proximity to the lovely marina and beach. Peter was an excellent host! He offered many recommendations during my stay and was always quick to respond despite being on vacation himself.

Great place (looks newly renovated, very tasteful and comfortable), well situated to get around downtown, and friendly host. Be aware there's a church on the ground floor and their services have great music but can hear it upstairs. I didn't find this a problem, though, because I simply usually scheduled my errands and meetings when I knew there would be a service, or else stayed in and enjoyed the music. Otherwise, the apartment is a perfect size and everything is impeccably looked after. Will try to stay there again the next time I have business in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in Fairfield. Gorgeous beach within walking distance and a great cottage with everything our family needed. Morgan was helpful and very responsive!

We had a wonderful stay, it’s a very quiet and peaceful location. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have everything you need. The bedroom is airy and gets beautiful light during the day. The beach is so close and a grocery store / restaurants are also nearby, making it a convenient and relaxing experience!
